A 4 night stay. Val really looked after us (and Henry the friendly daily visiting seagull) A good comfortable and clean room. Super breakfasts! The location was only a few minutes walk to a local pub/restaurant, the town centre, or 10 mins down to West Beach - lovely sand beyond the shingle. Enjoyed a swim twice in a warm sea!

Just had a lovely 5 night stay at Leeside. Val is absolutely lovely and her breakfasts are amazing. The rooms were kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay there so much we have booked for next year, and can't wait.

Spotlessly clean, great food and lovely host. Poor Dave was off his feet for our stay but Val made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Great knowledge of the area, advising where to eat, walk etc.||Highly recommended - we will return when our journeys take us to this part of the world.

Stayed there yesterday for one night only, can't fault it in anyway, from the food to the price everything about Leeside is excellent.David and Val are excellent hosts, helpful in so many way.I had a full English breakfast,so i can't comment on the other food they serve but by the looks of things it looks just as good as the full English, and what i did manage to eat was delicious,by the looks of things all the ingredients are proper,no tinned, the other food they serve, which i didn't have, looks just as good as the full English, proper home cookingThe B and B i think is in a perfect location,it's situated just by the River Arun,a short walk and you are in the town and also other attractions you would find in any seaside town and again they are in walking distance thanks to a bridge over the estuary. If you are planning to visit that part of the country i would highly recommend staying there. One word of advice,if you are planning to stay there i would book in advance because they are usually full,i would definitely stay there again.Congratulations to David and Val for running one of the best Bed and Breakfasts i have ever stayed at.

Val makes you welcome right away. This quiet location is good for the town as there is a bridge close by (walkway) across the river. Good amenities and fantastic breakfast made to order Leeside is such a friendly B&B and that's why we came back this year.

Would give more than five stars if we could. This place is what all b&b should aspire to be. Beautiful house. Lovely food. Claire and Nigel are so Friendly and genuine. The only downside was that we had to leave. Thank you again for making our visit so memorable. Mark and Cheryl Collins.
