Staff were very friendly and very helpful on arrival. They were able to book a table at the beefeater next door as we had been unable to online. …

Perfect position for walking into Arundel or driving out to other places. Lovely staff including those at the Beefeater restaurant next door.Excellent room, good size & usual Premier Inn comfort.Buildings outside themselves need a tidy & refresh. Fresh paint would improve how it looks.

Disappointing. The building looks pleasant in the photos but in reality is very shabby and has definitely seen better days. The whole building had a smell of stale cigarette smoke, even though it must have been non-smoking for years. …

Small hotel, outside needs a clean/paint but inside is much better. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and staff always available to help. Beefeater next door, very busy at breakfast but food was good. Had dinner the night before, great options and steak was very good. Thanks

The room we were given was in need of an upgrade for sure, the bathroom absolutely stunk of damp , the back of the door had black damp pat he'd, the skirting was damp, the floor felt sticky but as it was a black floor you took your chance! No window and just a fan to clear steam..big notice on the door to keep it closed after using shower as steam affect the smoke alarm if left open! The stink of damp was seeping into the room and pretty unpleasant .On the good side, the staff were lovely especially the restaurant staff, food nice, plenty of choice .Probably wouldn't choose this premier inn but heh it was a freebie stay!

First time at this hotel, wasn't looking the best from outside, but inside is very clean and was surprised. A great team, always happy and cheerful, quick check in and nothing was too much trouble. From Housekeepers to Reception, always pleasant.

Our hearts sank when we parked up to see the state of the outside of this hotel. Nothing ‘premier’ about it, it looked run down and neglected, more like a doss house - I thought at first it was closed. …

We stayed at this Premier inn on the night of 19th August 2024, we always use Premier inn when away because they generally offer good value and nice rooms. |Due to mobility issues we had adjacent rooms on the ground floor. …

Staff were up to Premiers usual high standard, the building at Crossbush could do with modernising. The worst thing is the building has no air-conditioning, our room was an unbearable 27°, we had to get cold showers all night. Would be a good winter break but not recommended in summer

Clean and tidy, friendly greeting. Could do with a lick of paint outside, as a bit shabby, but the rooms are tidy and fit for purpose. No frills, but functional. 😊
