Perfect nice little midweek family break away with the kids. 4 stages always with entertainment nearly constantly free rides for the kids inside and outside. Loads of different places to eat and drink. Loads of machines in the arcade. If you want to pay there are more activities like laser tag crazy golf go karts pottery painting and more! A decent sized outdoor football pitch, crazy golf a massive soft play. Nice sized shop on site as well.We have stayed in the sea side apartments twice now and enjoyed them.

Excellent from start to finish, family had an amazing time. Lots to do for all ages. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is basic but we were hardly in our room as there is just so much to do. The new play experience is just amazing, the swimming pool was great and was a win for the kids. Can’t wait to go back.

We just went for the day and we loved it. Took me back to when I went the first time at 12years old. Lots to do there for the children. My son loved the high ropes. The staff all over the camp were very accommodating and pleasant. I went to the spa with my friend who was staying for a week and we had a lovely 2 hours relaxing. I would have liked to stay longer and see the evening show but day guests cannot attend. A great day.

A lovely place for a weekend break or a short stay. Full of fun for kids. Nearby beach and indoor swimming pool which makes it more fun for families. We stayed at ocean hotel and it was lovely. The rooms were beautiful, clean and a great view from the balcony. The staff were polite & helpful. Not many halal food options but there are restaurants a drive away or you can even get food delivery from local restaurants.

Our 2 yr old son loved it. Lots for him to do. We stayed in shoreline hotel, was clean and nice. Couldn't hear any other rooms from your room either,All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food prices are reasonable as well at the restaurant, for the price this Is well worth it. Lots of entertainment for the kids.

We came to stay for a family holiday. Firstly we arrived at our “shack” which seems the only way to describe it. We were supposed to have a kitchen and living room and instead we got a skinny corridor with 3 bedrooms and a tiny bathroom. We went to ask for assistance to transfer to the correct room and were given a leaflet and told to call a number. After 2 hours on hold we got through and they told us there was nothing they could do. We had a young child and insulin dependent person and when we told them we needed a fridge for this we were told they would compensate us one for free, only for them to say at the end of the phone call it wasn’t free of charge at all and we had to pay £45 and £10 for an extension lead as there was only one socket per room! Our rooms were disgusting the doors didn’t close properly and there were dried boogers on the wall, stained carpets and the heater started burning when turned on because it was so dusty. The heater in one room was broken, we found pubes in the bedsheets and stuck to the walls. Absolutely disgusting! I will attach photos below, the room next to us also left early and the cleaners left the dirty sheets outside and rubbish for 3 days! The food was awful and I was given raw chicken, which then led me to being sick and I was told this was “normal” and “all the burgers look like that”. We had a good laugh though about the dire state of the place and how embarrassing it is to be open with that level of hygiene but that’s about it. You’ll have a better stay at Waterloo stations toilets!

The resort is only a short walk or about 4 minutes in the cab from the train stationAll the staff we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and welcomingThe night venues were OK close together and easy to accessDrinks prices were more than reasonable and the arcade was funOnly downside was we asked for extra bedding and it didnt arriveWould definitely do it again

Great place to holiday with the kids, everything that you need on one site. It's a shame they now feel the need to ask you to pay for priority entry to events, drinks package or all action pass, and if one party on the booking wants it, everyone has to have it, even if other parties won't use it. Dining package is great value for money, but if you don't go in early they run out of food options. Staff were mostly friendly and wanted you to enjoy your holiday. Booked again for next year.

Went for a midweek break in a Gold apartment. The apartment was ground floor with patio. The rooms and outside areas are looking old and tired but generally plenty of space inside. The bed was comfortable and warm and nice kitchen area. Sofa's in the living area badly stained and could do with a good clean. The main site itself is well laid out with plenty of activities for all ages. Afternoon and Evening entertainment was professional and very entertaining. Loved the Queen tribute and the pantomime which was close to the knuckle at times for kids but funny.Proximity to the beach is a bonus. Prices on site from the shop to the bars are extortionate but expected for holiday camps these days.We have now done Skegness and Bognor Regis and have booked Minehead next year.

If you’re thinking of buying tokens when you book your getaway make sure there’s availability of what you want to do.We booked late but still a month in advance. Paid for tokens as directed only to find out most things are fully booked. On requesting a refund of tokens because of this. Customer services didn’t want to know. They didn’t even respond to my complaint.
