We stayed for 2 nights at Travelodge Fontwell and had a great time! We were given a warm welcome by Emma who helpfully changed our rooms so we were next door to each other. There was plenty of parking. …

A very warm welcome from Emma after a long drive from South Wales. Great customer service with a friendly approach. Emma provided an iron and ironing board upon request and details of all the local amenities and areas to visit. …

Staff were friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. It was particularly hot and while the staff did their best to keep the room cool, air conditioning would have been amazing (although not advertised so not their fault). Also, Air Con would have solved the issue with early morning loud traffic thundering past our window. Again, not the hotels fault and with the windows closed you can’t hear anything but in the height of summer it’s something to be aware of. It’s also a shame that the local burger king doesn’t open early for breakfast 🤣 Overall though, everything that was within the staffs power was perfect, thanks very much! Stayed 13th August 2024 1 night.

Had a nice stay ,and the Charity was so nice and chatty making you feel welcome and well accommodated will definitely stay there again. The rooms where clean and tidy. And we had a free parking in which was a relief due to the fact that parking is difficult to get ..

This hotel is fine as a place to lay your head - we were here for one night for a wedding, were out all of the evening and left early in the morning so it was fine for us. The rooms and hotel itself are a bit tired and dated, and there is a smell of damp in the room we were in. However the room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't use this hotel for longer visits to the area.

Clean, and fit for purpose. Little dated, but it was the cheaper out the 2 (a newer one just across the road) no restaurant, so they only did the on the go breakfasts, which we decided not to get, but under £60 for a family of 4 to sleep in a clean room was a bargain. When we arrived, the road sounded noisy, and as it was hot we knew we'd want the windows open, so worried a little, but on arriving at our family room, it was behind some trees that overlooked the petrol station, so wasnt bad at all.Wouldn't recommend the KFC that's right next door.
