Helpful staff and a reasonable room and facilities BUT very poor shower. No pressure at all. In fact a one point the water stopped. So timing is everything if you want a decent experience. Travelodge you could do better - perhaps install some pumps or bigger water heaters?

We Regularly use the hotel to come and visit family and they never fail to please! The staff are lovely and helpful as always, the rooms are clean and fresh and have everything we need for our stays. The manager is a credit to the company and should be recognised for the commitment she makes to the company

Standard Travelodge hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could do with a bit of a freshen up, but otherwise absolutely fine.Location is somewhat remote, but not far from shops, and only 20-30 minutes from multiple coastal towns.Service from staff was excellent. All staff on front desk were polite and friendly. I stupidly left a personal possession in the room after checking out, however after a quick phone call in the evening, Gemma went and found my item, called me back and posted it out to me the next morning with not even a hint of inconvenience. Absolute lifesaver!

This hotel is exactly what i would expect from a Travelodge, convenient and affordable. The hotel is just off the A23 with parking outside. The rooms are basic but the bed is very comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly. Overall great value for money.

Very clean, easily accessible, very comfortable, very friendly and very helpful staff. Very quiet, we heard no traffic noise or from other patrons, better night's sleep than at home!. Highly recommended. Best Travelodge over many years.

Firstly the night staff were lovely, credit to the company, unfortunately the manager isn’t!!! Rude, grumpy and I think time to retire.  …

Not recommended! Upon arrival we found a pair of dirty underpants on the floor at the foot of the bed. The staff member did remove them quickly, however. Also, I woke up the night after staying with bed bug bites all over my arms, around 15 on my right arm and 2 on my left. I contacted Travelodge who said they found no evidence of infestation, but as we only visited the hotel and my sick relative in hospital, we couldn't have gotten them from anywhere else. No compensation, just a "it wasn't our fault" pathetic email. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We have stayed here before and encountered no problems. However, this time we were kept awake by noisy fellow guests until after 2 am. Shame, it will put us off staying again.

Stayed one night for work.It was clean, the lady on the front desk was welcoming and informative. There is a Burger King, a Starbucks, and a petrol station very close by. But not much else. There is parking and I had no problem finding a space.
