Lovely hotel with fantastic views over the pier. The manger was very nice on arrival but his attitude later was very rude to a few residents and a coach driver. The itinerary said to be down for evening meal at 6pm or you may not get served. The bar shut at 10pm. No entertainment in the 2 nights we were there. Would not go back

Travelling with a coach party we were all looking forward to our stay in North Wales. Arriving at the hotel we were all given the keys to our rooms. …

We have recently returned from an enjoyable stay at the Baytree Hotel on a Caledonian break to Llandudno. It was right on the sea front and only a short walk to the many shops, cafes and pubs in Llandudno. …

We just came back from a 2 night stay here. The location is fantastic, right opposite the beach and pier. You could not wish to be in a better locationWe had a small family room, double bed and a single bed. It was a little dated and tired but was more than enough, as we spent more time outside than in the room itselfWe did have a issue with our bathroom ceiling leaking late at night but the wonderful young girl working that night sorted out us with a new room straight away. She is a credit to the hotel as she was also very welcoming at breakfast toThe breakfast was fantastic, offering all you need for a breakfast and was cooked well.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here.

Stayed here for 2 nights and three days. Loved my stay but I did feel that entertainment of a night time especially Friday and Saturday. Or even just the Saturday night would have been good. …

Booked the premium room 111 with sea view. Sadly to sit and enjoy the view you have to sit on firm dining room chairs which are not very comfortable. …

Visited this weekend. On first appearances a very nice hotel nicely decorated lounge etc on the ground floor. We stopped on the 3rd floor in a double room with sea view. The room was clean. But in need of a bit of an update and refresh. TV was tiny and did not work, no channels available. Also TV located in the wrong place. Bathroom had toilet and a very small shower. Shower in desperate need of a clean and descaling. Also double socket loose and very unsafe. Very tied on the 3rd floor with a need to clean carpet and paint. Would have scored lower but breakfast was better. Good range of hot breakfast buffet. But no Gluten Free toast for my wife. They ran out the day before.

I took my family to The Baytree Hotel Llandudno, for the Sunday Carvery, it was excellent value for money, fresh and plenty of choice. We all enjoyed the food. This was however spoilt by the very unhelpful person behind the bar who wasn't happy when we asked to split the bill, a practice undertaken by almost every food establishment. He was rude and let his feelings known, he was possibly the manager, white jeans blonde hair in his 50s. May I suggest a good customer service course to bring him into the 2020s
