Stayed here overnight adhoc whilst on a moto camping road trip. Wow, what a little gem of a place. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful, quiet with stunning views over the valley, look no further. …

I stayed in Beehive Cottage & can't fault this place at all. Everything catered for. All you have to do is bring your own food if your not eating out.It was a great location for me as I visit family in Aberdare & Mountain Ash, so it's in the middle of both.Very friendly owners, very clean cottages and its very quiet. You also have your own mini garden/patio to sit out in. Very relaxed atmosphere. There's also a hot tub available for an additional fee.Would highly recommen, much cheaper than some hotels.

Me and my partner had a lovely short stay at Penybryn Cottages. We stayed in the Beehive cottage and it was such a cosy space, and comes with a private hot tub to enjoy. The hosts are lovely and friendly and the location had lovely views down into the valley. We will be returning for a longer stay in the future.
