The Chatsworth House Hotel was welcoming and friendly. The staff were helpful and courteous and worked hard to please. My friends found the rooms clean and tidy. The vegetarian meals were changed for choice every evening meal. We agreed we would stay at the Chatsworth House hotel again. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Lovely 3 star hotel with nice seaviews and large lounges providing entertainment on weekends. I stayed with a |Group, had a comfortable single room with shower. Not far from beach, shops etc. Food was good quality and fresh, Jess our waitress was very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Very tidy, good value "seaside" hotel 🙂 Had breakfast and dinner included and, as far as I know, everyone in our group praised the b'fast and enjoyed their evening meals. I had vegetarian option on two occasions - very tasty! Dining room staff are great!!

Very tired hotel. In need of quite a bit of tlc and a very very good clean. Our room (171) was filthy, the window sill had not been cleaned for quite a while. The radiator under the window was disgusting (zoom in on the photo).  …

Entering the building there was an awful horrible smell and the downstairs area had low maintenance and the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming but she was polite but the room smelt worse than the ground floor I booked a double room and there were stains and mould on the sides of the bed and only 2 channels worked on the tv and the teas provided were cheap and didn’t even taste like tea and the bathroom appeared to be unkempt the taps were covered in limescale which appeared to not be cleaned and the food was bland and cold when I received it and the entertainment! The woman couldn’t sing but the promenade and location was fab! Would come here again but will not be staying here! I thought I booked a hotel not a room at an old peoples home
