We had a large group staying at the hotel for 2 nights. The staff worked very hard to meet our varying needs. I needed to change my room for health reasons. …

The staff do their best but they’re fighting a losing battle. From a hot tub spa which appears to be an actual health hazard, to spider infestation, faulty toiletries holder (resulting in injury), heaters I’d be scared to turn on, inedible …

Room was nice . Bed was massive. I payed £190 for one night . I presumed this would include access to the spa pool . Apparently not . Got told had to pay and book in . I also expected breakfast and was told no this is charged on top.I unfortunately left my make up bag in the bathroom . With all my make up . Phoned up straight away and it had gone ...nice . Never again

We needed a romantic escape to destress from work and celebrate a birthday and this was perfect. All the staff were smart, polite, friendly & welcoming. We treated ourself to the suite with the hot tub and it was even better than we imagined! It had everything we needed - peaceful and relaxing. We were sad we had to leave!

Cold, heartless & rude staff.|Ruined our night away. Paid to stay in the penthouse- a night of luxury and it was disgusting. Dirty & run down.|A shower covered in mildew & was damaged. Spiders in the corner 1 actually fell on me. …

Really nice location, but it’s all outdated. Some renovations are seriously needed, okay building is old. But take care of the painting work, and cleaning. Pay attention to new standards, yes there is a rain shower but if you are above 1,90 meter you will not fit below it. Spa is okay but a lot chemicals seems to be in it, but perfect for a short break in the sauna. Breakfast and dinner are well organized and fit your needs, also staff is friendly and willing to help.

We’ve stayed here many times before and it just gets better. Thank you to all the smiley staff who looked after us! Food was great, spa relaxing, reception extremely helpful on local area knowledge. Dog went free as we booked direct! We’ll be back.
