Super gem of a hotel. Lovely staff. The rooms exceeded expectations and the food was excellent. Will definitely be returning. Really great feel to the place and the house is stunning with beautiful grounds. Can see it would make an amazing wedding venue too. Location is great for Snowdonia and also Conwy

The hotel itself is stunning in a great peaceful location with a beautiful ground around. Good place as a base for travelling up and down the whole coast. Friendly staff, warm and welcoming. We got given fresh bottles of water every day with toffee waffles. We stayed for 3 nights and the room we were offered was outside the main building, in an annex. We were a little bit disappointed, even though it was a big modern and well kept room. The view from our window was not great. It resembled a building from the 1980s in a dilapidated state. Decor was acceptable for a prefabricated building, but the walls were paper thin, being able to hear every cough and grunt. Free parking for the guests, only a few steps from our door, which was convenient. You should put pictures of an annex itself on your website to let people know, what to expect. Since we were under the impression that the room we would be staying in, would be connected to the main building with the views promised from the website.

Fab place excellent location. They have completely restored the building. Absolutely gorgeous find. Dinner in the restaurant was superb. I cannot even remember how I found this hotel it's a smallish concern but that made it even better. Would definitely return back

Last night, we were invited to Caer Rhun Hall for the launch of their new restaurant. It was fantastic. Food was delicious, staff were attentive and the refurbished areas were nothing less than spectacular. Such a relaxed and cosy atmosphere throughout. Aled and his team should be very proud of what they have achieved so far, and long may it continue.

Hands down 10/10 from arrival the staff were so freindly, helping with bags to the room to drinks at the bar and breakfast was perfect. Made us feel right at home. Special mention to Hannah her customer service was outstanding. Really looking forward to staying with you again.

Fantastic stay at Caer Rhun Hall Hotel with lovely breakfast. Comfy Room with view of garden - staff helpful and hotel has a nice atmosphere and gardens are nice to wander around. Yet still convenient for Conwy town. Great anniversary celebration.

The hotel is in a magnificent building. We were kindly upgraded and the room was fantastic, although a little hot, but they did provide a fan. We had plenty of room, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was good. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving great suggestions for where to go for good food and best places to park etc. We took the option of included breakfast. There was a really varied and delicious continental spread for breakfast.
