our visit to Aberdeen was such a good experience as we were hosted by Vion Properties the apartments was very clean and well managed and the environment itself was good as its a few minutes away from the city centre. We had a good stay as there were breakfast item left in the kitchen. With regards to service Vion Was very professional and attended to any request we had why on the property. The room was well clean, the sheets were very nice. The bathroom was well lit as well. I will recommend you give Vion property a try if you are visiting Aberdeen.

We stayed in this place in the last Summer for 2 nights. Checked in and out was easy but the cleanness of this place could be better. It seems the staff only cared for some basic stuff rather than deep cleaning.We found some food waste bits on the kitchen sink (drain protector) and the cutlery etc. wasn't clean enough.We stayed there for some work-related (not tour) so the location wasn't big matter.There is stairs after you enter the door so someone with disabilities can be in a difficulty of mobility.

We recently spent 3 nights here to visit Aberdeen and the surrounding area. The apartment is generally in a deplorable state. There are stains, dirt and holes on all the walls. Window surrounds have been torn out or peeled off, door surrounds and baseboards are damaged or crumbling. The floor buckles in places and sags particularly in the bathroom where it looks like the floor is collapsing. The water in the shower doesn't even flow because the tray is crooked. A piece of furniture is missing above the bathroom sink and the toilet is loose and moves when you sit on it. All of the furniture in the apartment is in very poor condition and of poor quality. All this was reported upon our arrival but no one bothered to respond to us. The apartment is in catastrophic condition and looks nothing like the photos and description on the site where we made our reservation. We are disappointed and had a distressing stay in this place where nothing has been thought of to properly accommodate travelers who pay for a minimum of comfort.

I stayed with my partner for 3 days in August. The reviews for this apartment are false. We discovered an apartment in poor condition, quite simply because it was built as a kit. When I closed the bedroom curtain, a piece of window surround fell on me. The furniture is worn, stained, of poor quality. The oven was dirty as well as the cutlery. A trace of oil was visible in one of the cupboards. Gull droppings on the kitchen and living room windows to welcome us. There are missing items in the bathroom which are nevertheless visible in the ad (furniture above the sink).Not to mention the neighborhood: a dirty neighborhood, waste is visible everywhere. If you want to reach the city center it takes a 30-minute walk or 20 minutes by bus. There is no store within 15 minutes of the accommodation.Perfect for a bad stay. It's a shame to rent this apartment and write false reviews.
