Phuketa Hotel Phuket was perfect for our family stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially to our 2 year old.The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was a big hit with our little one.Convenient location, peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend for families!

Very bad hotel and reception lady is very rude to us. They are not providing good service. When we are checking out and asking for 1 water bottle she say you have to pay for it otherwise we will not give you.

The rooms are ok, clean, not very new, but the windows are not soundproof. The rooms are on the main road side. The sound of cars driving past was very loud. It bothers me to the point where I can't sleep.

If you think from the photos and price that this hotel will be okay for a 1 night stop over, don't be fooled like us. The noise from the main road next to hotel was incredibly loud and ecos through the hole building. It is impossible to get any sleep. Even if we had ear plugs I still think it would have been horrible just from how loud it really was. When I went down to speak to the lady about it, you could tell that she was so tired of arguing with people about this issue as it obviously happens all the time with people complaining. If you read this review, please listen to my advise and save yourself from one of the worst nights sleep you will ever have.

We spent our last two nights here because we booked it very spontaneously. The rooms are really nice, clean and big. The staff is super friendly. Unfortunately, the location is not quite as ideal. You definitely need a scooter as you are really out of town. This can be regulated very quickly and easily via reception.

If you like poor location, outdated rooms and bathrooms, dreadful noise 24hrs a day, poor breakfast and cockroaches inside - go ahead.Otherwise stay away from that hotel.Only positive thing - breakfast staff.Stayed in many hotels in my life - Phuketa is one of the worst.

The room is clean. Breakfast is ok, but what's different from other places is that guests keep their own dishes.Fitness room equipment is old and not maintained. All in all, you can come back and stay again. The price is not expensive.

The food is very delicious. Delicious crispy pork, nice steamed fish, quick stir-fried vegetables. There were a lot of people making it a little slow. But as soon as delicious food enters your mouth, your irritability disappears.
