The room is in need of some TLC, very tired and tatty looking. Broken plugs, broken blinds, dirty marks on the walls, dank and dingy smelling shower room. It's not a good place to stay if you're a light sleeper, the doors are all very noisy when opening and closing. Worst thing, on the day of leaving I discovered bed bugs in my bed, pretty horrible, not good cleaning standards.Overall, poor. The location has decent transport links and the check in process is fine but other than that, the quality of the accommodation and facilities provided are not great at all. Won't be staying again.

Great location just off Paisley West. Close to Ibrox stadium and many Middle Eastern eateries which is a plus.Toothpaste and shower gel provided. Nescafé coffee also in the room which is good for coffee drinkers, however no tea. Extra pillows in the cupboard, always a plus, although they were not in pillow cases and the bag they were in said memory foam which is doubtful as these pillows were so flat that perhaps when you slept you would download the dreams of past guests. The smoke detector in our room was removed, carpeting binding not completed between room and bathroom. General cleanliness of room not of a good standard. Bathroom had dirty corners. The water supplied did not look as if it was refreshed for our visit. Parking around the back is good also close to subway station. Quick walk to the Hydro for concert goers. Plugs next to the bed were not working so not great to charge your phone away from the bed to use as an alarm.

IBROX Guesthouse it’s a bit far from the city center but there is a bus stop outside the property. It’s not that bad but the room was very small, the heater was off and we didn’t manage to have it work. There was coffee in the room to make and water. We received the check in instructions with delay although the property is very strict with the check out and check in time charging per hour if you need extension.

SCAM!!! Please avoid at all costs. These 2 individuals Faruq (especially) and Ajay are scam artists. They’ve stolen our money and neglected us from staying in the room that WE paid for. They told us they would provide the codes to the property around 3pm on the day of check in. At about 2:50pm we had messaged them on Agoda (where we made the booking from) to please provide us with the codes to the room as we were on our way. We heard nothing back from them. Once arrived at the property there was a sign on the door with their phone numbers. This is where our initial contact with Faruq began. We introduced ourselves and told Faruq our booking reference number and name for the booking and that we were still yet to receive the access codes that we previously messaged for (3:15pm). Faruq then said that he had already send 2 messages regarding check in that morning. Well Faruq indeed send 2 messages that morning but one was “you will receive the check in, in full at 3pm” and the second was a laundry service discount. We told him that we did not receive anything regarding check in. He continued on saying he couldn’t verify me as the number I was calling from, was a different number as to what on the booking. This is due to obtaining an international sim for our travels as we can’t use our regular due to fees. We offered to send through any other information to help verify but all we got in return is that he couldn’t verify us and that I needed to update my number on the booking. We asked him how we can do this and in return we had no help and were being accused of being identity thieves. We then told him that this check in system is stupid and a failure and to come to us and check us in, in person. We asked him to then send the access codes through Agoda message chat which is where he previously send us 2 previous messages on that same morning. He said this was not possible and accused us once again of being identity thieves and that we are now being verbally abusive for requesting what we paid for. He then hung up. We then called Ajay as Faruq would not respond to us. Ajay was accomodating at the start and was willing to help us out and provide us with the access codes. Faruq then called him and from that moment he was not accomodating. We were stranded and left outside the property for almost an hour. Faruq then said we were not allowed to enter the building due to “abuse”. We told them we would call the police as this is unfair and he was throwing all sorts of accusations towards us. From that moment on we got in contact with Agoda. Agoda then contacted them and they both turned us away with no suitable option. It gets better.. they then tried to cover up theirs tracks by sending us the access codes 10 minutes after Agoda contacted them at 4:26pm and 5:17pm. The local police suggested that we have every right to go into the property as we had paid for it and that we now obtain the access codes. From that point on we also checked with Agoda if that was okay to do. They continued to contact the property which you can assume their answer but told us to also check with them. We then messaged Ajay and finally thanked him for sending the codes and apologised if he thought we spoke poorly. So effectively apologised for their mistake. We turned up to the property used the access codes as provided by the guest house, entered, but found no key on the door of our room. Meaning one of them came and took it off the door to refuse our entrance. We are absolutely gobsmacked by how horrible these two individuals have treated this situation over a mistake of their own. Leaving us homeless for the night and on the street for their wrong doing. If they did their job properly by sending the codes before check in we wouldn’t have even contacted them. Do not make the same mistake we did and DO NOT trust them with your money.

Simple room for fair price, the carpet could use some cleaning. the windows are oriented towards the street and they are lacking any sound isolation so if you have lighter sleep wouldn’t recommend.

Comfortable, spacious and reasonably priced accommodation in Glasgow. Ten min walk from station and 15min ride to central Glasgow.Amenities are minimal but does the job for a night.

Questionable location but nice easy walk into town.Door that has a code on barely closed or locks so kinda unsafe.Has a car park with security cameras.Bed is awful and pillows might as well not be there.Fine if you don’t mind an uncomfortable night sleep with a window onto the street. No help from host when we got there after two emails.Meh ~ not worth what we paid.

This was a very basic room and shower room with tea making facilities and wifi. It was clean and tidy and comfortable and was only £55 for the night. It is on a main road so there was traffic noise, but that was to be expected.Absolutely fine and convenient as it was about a mile walk to the Ovo Hydro for our concert and close to the Subway station.

Nice and clean and handy for the city centre. Plenty of parking. No television in room 3. If you like your TV check first. I personally have never come across a hotel or guest house room with no TV and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and guest houses.
