This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was within walking distance from supermarket and driving distance from restaurant although they do have one next door. …

We come here alot while visiting family. Have always had great service from staff. The rooms are super clean along with the bathroom, and if you need anything, there are very helpful staff members around. When we were last at the inn back in July, they had started having their own breakfasts. The room was fairly small but fine. It was self-service, which was great and plenty of nice cooked food. This time round 3mths later, Oct, it had changed. No.more self-service (continental breakfast was still self-service) it was now breakfast ordered at the table. I'm not sure what happened, but it was not very nice at all. Food wasn't cooked properly and cold. Didn't say anything as we were also having breakfast the next morning, so we decided to wait as it may just have been a bad morning! Anyway, next morning, what a difference. You ordered again, what you wanted and how many of the items you wanted, the food came out, and it was lovely. Hubby, well pleased with full English, and i was happy with mine as well.. Put the 1st day down to a hick.up

We stayed for 2 nights as I was in Glasgow for half marathon on Sunday and had a full day wedding in Bearsden on the Monday. I have never had a bad experience with Premier Inn regarding cleanliness/comfort but the main reason for writing the review was I was very happy with breakfast. I'm very apprehensive about cheap all you can eat breakfasts and prior to my trip was going to find elsewhere for breakfast but due to a busy couple of days, I decided to risk the breakfast on site. There was a good breakfast selection and everything was made fresh. No rubbery eggs or hard baked beans!

Stayed here for five nights with a friend. We thoroughly enjoyed being at this hotel where the food was good, the rooms were clean and the staff were/are super kind and a pleasure to have looking after us! My friend had a virus and was quite unwell.... the staff were so very kind and helpful and with their care along with mine, my friend recovered well and with ease. After we'd left and were travelling home, there was a phone message that medication had been found. We spoke asap and asked for the medication to be sent on to us quickly. It arrived home before we did!! They took the initiative to send this on "special" delivery and at their own expense! Definitely beyond the call of duty! This was a good place for us to be and we say "Well Done Premier Inn Bearsden"!

We stay here often as we live in London but I'm from the local area so it's the perfect base for visiting friends and family. The hotel is always immaculate, plenty of tea and coffee provided, clean comfortable beds and the staff are always very lovely, helpful and super friendly.

We had our wedding night here after having our meal at the Burnbrae and the staff were amazing! I didn't get the lady at the desks name, but she was lovely and I could not sing her praises more! The room was clean and had everything we needed after a long day.

Was looking forward to this as had stayed in the Milngavie one previously. The room was dated and noisy. Creaking floorboards above us and in our room. Check in was easy and parking was great. I preferred the Milngavie one. Costly for what it is, though appreciate Glasgow was expensive to stay when we were there.
