What an amazing place to stay, everything you need and such a warm welcome. Perfect place to have a nice retreat in the welsh countryside. Very well equipped, peaceful and Gill is an amazing host. Even though we stayed for a weekend it felt like much longer. 6 out of 5 stars from me. Cant wait to come again

Gorgeous place ,lovely owner so kind .Beautiful quiet place so cozy and clean ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I did a two week retreat ,it was perfect for retreat.Gill gives you space to enjoy the solitude but is the perfect host .She has all the facilities .this retreat was a life changing experience which I will never forget and remember it as a special healing time for me ,thank you so much Gill.

A truly unique and beautiful place. Perfect as a mindfulness and wellbeing retreat. The host, Gill, is open-minded, kind and thoughtful. This is reflected in the amenities provided. Gill is close enough to quickly and efficiently cater for your needs but far enough to allow you your privacy, of which Gill is very respectful. This location combines the convenience of modern living with nature's peace. I left feeling unfurled and ready for anything!

The place feels like home! The gardens are lovely and so peaceful it’s the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life.Loads of nice walks locally and a short car drive.Thanks Gill and Pip!

Another week of peace and tranquillity at Seren Loft. This place is ideally located for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside on foot or by transport. Gill is a very welcoming and lovely hostess with a beautiful garden packed with wildlife to watch and enjoy. Aberglasney Gardens was again lovely to visit, Llandeilo had some good independent shops and Llandovery itself is nice too. The accommodation is great, very comfortable and well equipped for self catering with a generous kitchen, which we love. The living area is very spacious with separate dining table area. The bedroom is a generous size too with plenty of storage. This is our second visit and we will return again as it is one of our favourite destinations.

This place is fantastic! The rooms are spacious, airy and clean. The layout is perfect. The grounds are an Eco paradise: full of Green Woodpeckers and Cuckoos; Red Squirrels and Horseshoe Bats; Common lizards and slow worms (a type of legless lizard)! And Gill and Pip are very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

A wonderful place. Gill is a brilliant host, the property is lovely and spotlessly clean. We went for the star gazing and were not disappointed. The first time I've ever been able to see the Milky Way from the UK. Can't wait to go back!

We arrived at Seren Loft after a 4 hour car journey... 2 friends.. plus our kids, 18 yrs,16 yrs and 10 yrs ( oh and dog). We were greeted with a lovely welcome by Gill. A little concerned initially by the close proximity of Gills home to our accommodation. However, this was absolutely no problem whatsoever, Gill was on hand if needed but allowed us full use of the beautiful gardens and allowed us our privacy. Seren Loft was beautifully presented.. fully equipped and spotless! The bedding, towels were high quality. Dishwasher a bonus! Board games, books, jigsaws, dvds, cds for all ages. Gill had recently been bought a large tent for her birthday and very kindly allowed us the use of this if we wanted. Really could not fault this beautiful accommodation.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank you Gill.. we loved it!! Jane, Emma, James, Thomas, Molly and Mitzi the dog!! PS visit the Caves - a must!! X

Just spent 4 nights at Seren Loft, wish we could have stayed longer. The loft is equipped with all we could need. Gill is so friendly and helpful but will give space if wanted.Beautiful countryside around, very easily accessible, we used the train and also cycled, fabulous!We certainly will be visiting again.

Very nice barn... very comfortable bed and living room sofa.. couldn't believe the amount and variety of birds here making good use of the wild garden, and of course the dark sky for star gazing.... I think there was everything you could possibly need in a kitchen here... plenty of room for parking and turning around to drive out.. hope you and mother enjoyed the eggs Gill.... 🙂
