When we arrived reception was closed as you can only book in between 16.00-17.00. We hit delays and was later. Couldn't get answer on phone number provided so tried the club house where the really helpful barman/handyman/everyman was very helpful and found which lodge was ours.Office closed Wednesday took keys back Thursday as have appointment Friday to be told receptionist was on day off so posted keys. Now for the lodgeVery clean and tide, well stocked (even if placement of cupboards was a bit weird) the bedroom, bathroom and shower very small even for an average size person.Massive fridge and freezer, nice dining table and bed settee in living area. Good sized tvs in front room and bedrooms. Bedrooms were small but only used them to sleep.Hot tub was amazing and serviced EVERY DAY, could do with more privacy fence round hot tub as on side of main drive through. Even had a parasol to go over in bad weather.Good quality outside furniture even after rain the seats drained and were dry very fast.Nice private parking space. We will stay again and use as base for west Wales travels.

We visited last week with our 2 girls age 16 & 13. When we arrived we was very surprised how small the lodge was, the main bedroom was a ok size but the girls bedroom was tiny, 2 single beds in a L shape, a small table, absolutely no storage, nowhere to put clothes, no hanging up space, no floor space & nowhere to put there suitcases...very disappointed. They had to put there suitcases in the lounge still full with clothes. The kitchen was very unorganised, microwave in the cupboard, a large unit in the lounge which stored table wear, pots & pans & glasses. No worktop space, altho a lovely fridge freezer. The bathroom, the design of the bathroom was awful, the toilet was on the end of the bath with approx 8in gap to get through to use the bath/shower & again no floor space but on a plus lovely white fluffy towels was supplied. On the outside, lovely secure gate, the hot tub was round the back of the lodge, so didn't get used as much, when I booked it all the pictures showed the hot tub infront of the french doors, that was disappointing as we was looking forward to using it more but our girls didn't want to use it round the back. The camp itself, only entertainment on a Saturday evening, no onsight shop or restaurant, there was a restaurant but it wasn't open, if it was open it made our stay so much better because you don't want to cook when on holiday & we had to go miles to get fish & chips or food.It was quite hard work staying at Pantglas Farm, I'm afraid it wasn't for us.

Don’t waste your money visiting here worst place I have ever booked for a holiday in my life! Our car was damaged as result of careless staff and building contractors which resulted in a badly punctured tyre. Being disabled this is far from ideal! Had to have an emergency new tyre fitted as I needed to get to a hospital half an hour away to collect an emergency prescription for my disability.Staff were rude and uncontactable for 2 days and unwilling deal with or resolve the situation and now I’m stuck with an almost £300 bill from the tyre company due to the fault and carelessness of the staff working on site. Staff aren’t interested in anything but money. Weekend reception office hours are supposedly 10-2pm but doors were locked and closed and nobody would answer the phones despite “someone always being on site to help” as stated in the welcome pack.Worst experience I have ever come across from a business most rude and unprofessional company ever.Even when provided with the evidence they’ve tried to fob it off as someone else’s problem becuase it couldn’t possibly have happened on their site despite the fact there are actively builders and contractors on site currently making “improvements”you’d be far better off staying on narberth or Tenby. This place is cheap for a reason. Cheap prices & cheap standards! Avoid avoid avoid.

I have just spent a family weekend at this camp site in one of the new lodges which are done out to a high spec! The staff are fantastic & the location is idyllic, the children loved everything this location has to offer from enjoying the hot tub, the Wi-Fi & smart TVs, the adventure playground, the clubhouse & all set in a quiet location. We even took our dogs whom loved their walks here & plenty of room from them in the lodge & decking which meant they could be safely kept in & on the decking area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff & the location means you are a short distance from so many tourist attractions & places to take children, would highly recommend! Dolich yn fawr Rhiannon 👍🏻🙂

Really lovely little site. The new lodges are pretty plush and contain everything a family needs, comfy sofa, Wifi, x3 TV's, kitchen and bathroom well kitted. Great storage and a lock on the gate for little explorers! Hot Tub and decking area, safe and big. Ample for kids with park, amusements and trampoline/zip wire, ball games pitch too. Can't complain here at all really, very quiet, close to all tourist spots, Narbeth, Folly Farm, Saundersfoot, Narberth, Tenby etc. Really happy, probably will return. Super clean, spot on check in too.The only thing missing is a laundry airer for hot tub towels etc. Not major as can dry on the railings. Lovely site!Safwty: IKEA Kallax unit not screwed to wall and secured, maybe an issue if you have excitable children.

Friendly relaxed small, but lovely family park. Well placed for touring around, but need a car to get to the beaches. Brilliant play area and bar.Very reasonable storage fees for vans as in land a little. We hope to save for seasonal pitch and enjoy this park a good while longer.!!
