Had a lovely stay over the bank holiday weekend earlier this year. The room is decent, clean and simple. Staff were lovely, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, but maybe book a family room next time so I don't have to use the communal bathrooms.

Spent a couple of nights at the Tudor Court with my brother on a visit to Swansea. The hotel is situated on the main road into Swansea in a long line of hotels and guest houses. …

I have stayed at the Tudor Court a few times now in the last couple of months while my house is being renovated. It is cheaper than most in Swansea so I don't expect the Ritz which I think most of the other reviewers do. …

Haven’t stayed here, my cousin stayed there and I couldn’t contact reception for 3 days. Surely it’s not that busy, place seems like a joke. If there is a receptionist there then I highly recommend you do your job. You could be losing out on a lot of money from people who are trying to contact you to stay at your poxy hotel. I’m so annoyed!

We booked here because breakfast was included in the price, but when we got down to the restaurant in the morning, the place was dark and there was no one around. So we had to go buy ourselves sandwiches instead. …

Reception!!!|Given a set of keys and told it was on the second floor and that the front door would be locked at 10.30! That's it. Had to ask for invoice and the guy didn't even say as much as welcome. |No ask of help with bags. …

All in all its a pretty standard hostel setting, communal bathrooms and toilets. No space for parking at all, breakfast isn't included. very uncomfortable sleep. Definately not one to stay at for more than a night.

DO NOT STAY HERE!Holes in the bed sheets, beds are absolutely woeful, with springs in your back, clearly not sturdy as when we checked out, we were told we were 'up partying all night', as they had to refund the room below us, (I've only come to Swansea from Australia, to see my Uncles grave, and see where my Grandma grew up) we did checked in late 9pm, went for dinner but was back by midnignt. No hot water, with bottles from previous guests left in shower, stains all over the walls above the bed.The lady on the door was absolutely awful..But the night lady was beautiful (that's it). Please DO NOT waste your money, they are really terrible!!

Stayed here for one night when i came down for a night out. It was clean but nothing flashy here. Breakfast was tasty but it finishes at 9.15. Checkout was at 10. Good enough to stay for a night or two but not worth it if you where coming down to Swansea for a holiday.
