Westwales Camping Pods

We just left our pod after staying for 3 nights and 4 days. We absolutely LOVED our stay.Firstly, the pods themselves are immaculately clean and sanitised. We stayed in pod 2 and we were not disappointed at all. The whole experience was phenomenal. It’s great for a little get away from city life. You can enjoy the peace and quiet here with a lovely hot tub as well. The hot tub is very clean and comfortable and was amazing to be in there whilst looking up at the stars at night time.The area is so lovely and peaceful. You get to enjoy looking over at the field of horses everyday. The views from each pod are out of this world.There is a lot in the area you can do as well. We went into the local Whitland town which was so relaxing and peaceful. We then went to Camarthen Town which was only a 25 minute drive but felt so much quicker. There was lots to do there too.We had no problems at all on this get away. The shower and bathroom is also very clean and sanitised. The only problem I had was with the lighting in the bathroom as it seemed too dim for me. But that’s just a personal preference. It’s definitely more suited for couples that like to sit around and read and enjoy the peace with a great view!Overall, we most definitely will be returning as this was perfect for a couples get away. We very much so enjoyed our time and want to make it a regular thing for about twice a year.

This is our second time staying at West Wales Glamping pods, after our first visit 2 years ago was wonderful. Sadly since then, it seems as though standards has slipped. On our first visit we were met with a warm welcome, shown around our pod and were well looked after. This time I received a text before arriving, and after asking questions and clarifying something I was met with quite a rude blunt response. However, I assumed it was hard to judge tone of voice of text so didn’t think much of it. We were given pod 3 with the accompanying private bathroom in an old run down caravan. Previously we had stayed in pod 2 and had loved it. On our previous visit our pod was clean and well looked after. Also, we had our own separate pod with a clean and modern bathroom inside it, which was a bargain for the price we had paid! However, this time our pod was severely damp in places, and just generally had not been well kept. Although the bedding itself was clean and fresh, the blanket and display pillows on top of it were not, and had a slight smell of marijuana to them. Our main downfall of our stay was the bathroom we were provided with, as it was extremely run down, grubby and unpleasant. The light fixture contained approximately 30 dead flies, the fixtures and cupboards were basically falling apart and not in good condition, all cramped together. Also our bathroom was meant to be private and we found other guests using our bathroom. This was especially frustrating as we had paid the same as other guests and did not get the same standard of facilities as other guests had. Lastly, the kitchen was in a dire state; old mismatching furniture, a dirty greasy backsplash and filthy oven. The kitchen itself looks as though it has never been cleaned and was not fit for purpose. Overall, it was such a disappointing stay that we went home a night early, this was such a shame as we had previously had such a lovely stay here.

The cabins were absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Included a fridge, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses. A kettle for tea/coffee and some condiments.Detached bathroom cabin next to the pod which includes a shower, toilet and sink.Beautiful views, extremely quiet and refreshing. Hot tub faces lots of green scenery.Owner was very helpful and responsive. We will be back!

Fabulous place. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and rest and chill highly recommend, the bathroom is not close to the pods but they are cleaner than some 4*hotels I've stayed in. I wouldn't recommend children to go along as pods are too small. My only criticism is the beds are small doubles

Lovely little pod off the beaten track, right it in the middle of fields and woodland. Beautiful views, cute setting. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend getaway. Clean and warm accommodation, super friendly host.|Hot tub, icing on the cake! |We had the best time. |We will definitely be returning.

West wales camping pods was the best glamping experience I’ve ever had! Me and my family had a beautiful time at the pods . The customer service was great and the Josie was very friendly to my little boys and welcoming. The views, hot tub, area and pod were amazing. The pods have everything you need for the best glamping experience. Our pod had extra 2 mattress’s for our kids and it was very clean .The entire place was clean and spacious for our kids to run around.The toilets and bathrooms were clean. Honestly we had the best time and the weather was perfect as well . We will definitely return.

Our favorite place to stay. Beautiful views and Carrie and her family are so friendly and welcoming. We love the hot tubs and seeing all the animals, perfect for our little ones to explore and run around the huge field in front of the pods.

I went to stay for 2 nights with my partner and the owners were so welcoming lovely people. Couldn't rate them high enough. The cabins are lovely with a hot tub for each pod. Only 4 pods so not over crowded. …
