Took my partner away for his birthday to this lovely bed and breakfast. The room was cosy and well furnished. Situated in a quiet spot with a lovely walk down to the estate lake. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. …

What a great find. Set in a peaceful rural location only the sounds of birds interrupt the stillness. We have just stayed for a weekend and were well attended by the host Tamar. …

The actual B&B was lovely and clean, however, the building is such that you can hear everything that goes on in the whole of the building, ie; conversations etc in other rooms.  …

Henllys Bed & Breakfast is about 7-9 min drive from Llandovery. It’s peaceful location and surrounding areas brings a smile to anyone who enjoys nature.I booked the double bedroom which is something I normally do, and felt the room was spacious and plenty of areas to move around to relax. Clean throughout, from the freshness of the towels, optional bottled wash products if you happened to forget your own.I know a few mentioned about the Wifi, but to be honest it was perfect in room 3.. I never switched on the tv, but the availability was there. There is a kettle, tea/coffee sugar and glass bottle of water. And if you require milk, just pop up the kitchen. The breakfast area is on the floor above the rooms, service begins around 8am. There were cereals, fresh fruits, pastries(warmed), yogurt, coffees, teas, and juices. Plenty to satisfy and give you the energy for the day.And lastly the host.. Tamar is amazing host, friendly and warm..who’s happy to give any information you may require about the area. Can’t say anything even remotely negative about my experience.. Thank you 🥰Ps… mobile signal is zero..make sure you have downloaded your maps offline, for directions etc.. and also take note of the password for wifi, as this gives you access.. to info you may require from booking

Claire the owner can’t do enough for you, cooks a superb breakfast and there’s always a warm welcome with a Pot of Tea and Cakes. The rooms are spotless and tea and coffee making facilities in the room are well stocked with a excellent choice of Coffees, Teas, Hot Chocolates etc.Claire will also advise on local pubs and quality places to eat out. You’ll not regret staying here, and the best bit is, it’s in the middle of nowhere, so no traffic noise and comfy beds to snuggle in.Craig & Teresa
