Small family of 3 from London came to wales for a 2 day retreat at Cardiff and Tenby. We had a fantastic stay for one night on Wednesday. The staff was absolutely brilliant and it’s really great to see people passionate and happy at their jobs for a change , from the front of house lady and breakfast cook! Thanks guys, keep up the good work and I can see how it makes many of the retired guests happy. Hotel also a great location and really clean. Was a pleasant to have a sofa bed that was firm !

Car parking isnt particularly easy, better instructions would have been useful. There is no hotel parking. Rooms were comfortable, clean and all you need for a bed for the night. Bar downstairs is OK for a late drink. 2 x G&Ts £15.65. Parking next door is £10 per day so add this to your bill.

Good standard of hotel for basic but comfortable accommodation and well situated in town. Breakfast is generous so you can skip lunch, if you want to! Parking is available at train station where you can buy a weekly parking ticket. There is small off loading bay in front of hotel.

We stayed here for overnight before heading to Bluestone for the week.||The room was a good size and the beds are very comfy!||Restaurant is family friendly with really good food. Was great to start the day with a cooked breakfast, plenty of choice for everyone. Jade was great with our little one! Thank you!

A great night's stay, the hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from North Beach and everything the town has to offer. There is a car park next door or a small multi storey car park 5 mins walk away which is reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is really good what more could you ask for?

Lovely food and service….steak was especially well cooked. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful during our stay, can’t fault them. Jade & Leah tonight in the restaurant were amazing hosts…so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended

Was checked in by the lovely Jade and was really polite and helpful especially with the WiFi! 5* service |Hotel room is comfy and clean! |I ordered the mixed grill and was fresh and great portion size|Would highly recommend and free WiFi which is a bonus!

Great location, usual modern Premier Inn, rooms are starting to show their age a little bit, but nothing major. Good clean room with nice comfy bed. Breakfast was to a good and as expected standard. Location was amazing right in the middle of Tenby couldn't have been better! Park is right behind the hotel at £8 per 24 hours
