Quaint and quirky little stay here this last weekend. I was apprehensive about reviews but I found it to be delightful. The room was spotless and staff helpful and polite.Very pretty place, I personally loved the room and the unique little touches. Short walk into tenby town (15 minutes) so close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle but far enough away to be idyllic and peaceful. They have dogs but honestly didn't hear them and wouldn't have known they were there.I would 100% stay here again and recommend.Thank you 😊

We paid for this 12 months ago as it was for ironman weekend. We turned up and the lady said she had no record of the booking was extremely rude and suggested we tried on the front (on ironman weekend! …

Do not book this accommodation, had a two night stay cancelled by the owner and they refused to refund me. Attitude is absolutely shocking, tried to contact the opener several times, even Hotels.com tried on my behalf, she just ignored us both.

Placed a family booking last year, attempted to change the dates with reasonable notice (months) and the owner agreed on the phone. Money was taken and then silence, she refused to return all calls, emails and any communication to place another booking. After calling off different numbers (she blocked the one attached to the booking, we found) she finally answered, before hurling all sorts of nonsense to be followed with abuse when we pressed the issue and asked for a refund. This is a SCAM, she will take your money at the first instance and if your room isn’t booked by someone at a higher price you might be lucky, otherwise it’s a lucky dip!!!! If you need to change dates or amend you booking say goodbye to your money. I’m still out of pocket and gave up trying after months. AVOID AVOID AVOID (read other reviews to see the owner’s responses for a true picture)

Just got back from a 2 night break here , this is the second time I’ve stayed once with my partner and this time alone for a spa weekend and treat for myself , room is spotless and get’s cleaned in the day when your out and about, breakfast options were offered but I declined this offer as i knew I’d had breakfast plans already for my stay , Marion is such a lovely woman she’s always so kind and welcoming she really does making staying such a pleasure the house is absolutely beautiful and so are the rooms and bathrooms with such quirky decorations throughout which I love, it really does have so much character ! It’s close to the beaches and the centre which is fab I enjoyed the 10 minute stroll , I will happily be staying again next time I visit Tenby thank you for having me and I can’t wait untill my next stay ☺️

After reading the reviews I was really nervous about our stay, however, I couldn’t have had a more pleasant time. I stayed for one night with my boyfriend and the room was gorgeous and so clean. There was a lovely swan on the bed before my boyfriend moved it! The bed was so comfy, we had a wonderful night’s sleep. It was lavishly decorated and is the nicest hotel room I have stayed in.We were about a 10 min walk from the beach which wasn’t bad at all, I didn’t mind the walk. The only improvements I could think of would be curtains as well as the blinds for extra privacy and to block the light in the mornings. We also only had a bath in the room which was fine for us as we only stayed one night but otherwise you may want to request a room with a shower. Aside from that it was absolutely lovely and I have to say some of the reviews on here go past the point of being critical to being downright cruel.Marion, it was lovely to meet you, I hope your back improves soon x

We had booked to stay at christmas but have since cancelled it as we have had friends who have since stayed there and said the owner is extremely rude and has a very bad attitude. Her breakfast is not very pleasant they said they would not even give it to their worst enemy. My partner has just been diagnosed as having a tumor that needs operating on and so he is not well enough to go anywhere at present. She has proceed to take money from our bank account with first informing us. I will never book to stay here in the future and advise people who wish to book that you do this at your own peril. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Since writing my review the owner has taken a further ÂŁ200 from my account. She has said she will be taking full amount so I have had to go to my bank and cancelled all my cards also the bank are treating it as fraud and she will be investigated and bank will try and get my money back. I really don't need the extra stress with all the cancer treatment I am having. Pleas all take warning and do not stay here. Not a nice experience dealing with her. She is rude and aregent and thinks rules don't apply to her.

The property is not close to the centre plus the jacuzzi takes a day to heat up. No hot water, she will say it will come try again but it won’t. Do not buy breakfast it is the worst.

Lovely rooms but I feel like more could have been done service wise. The owner didn't come introduce herself to us at all or let us know how anything worked on the property which I found abit strange. On our 3rd day we went to find the owner to ask for more tea, milk and coffee and was told someone will come in each day and make our room look like it did when we arrived. This never happened! We had to go buy our own coffee, tea, milk and toilet paper as non of this was replenished. Towels are small ( not big enough to go around your body nicely ) and needed replacing after 2 or 3 days, but because no one came to our room.... so it wasn't done.Had people with dogs one room down, I love dogs but not being woken up by the darking at 6am.Otherwise lovely place, close to the beach but just enough out of town that we didn't have all the noise around us.
