Played front nine last week pretty good despite a lot of greens being relaid and not informed.friendly staff and members.layout is daft.after 6th hole sign leading you back to the carpark and then no further signage and have to find someone to ask.turns out the 7th is located next to some caravans.then next to the 7th is the 18th no signage again to guide you to the 8th across the entire course.the 8th was a great downhill 500 yard par 5 followed by a nice par 3 9.decent experience on that day.Went back to play back 9 a few days ago.noone answering phones shop closed when arrived.went to the 10th hole where a member started shouting at me for not saying hello too them playing the 8th and asking them to play through.i explained that I was only playing back 9 and wasnt aware i had to ask permission when they were 2 holes behind but by all means I was happy for them to play in front of me.still continued having a go very arguementative for no reason.no tees at the 10th random green in the middle and no information on layout of the hole no guide for anyone who's not a member as to getting around the course no signage and very badly laid out.majority of greens on back 9 in awful condition and practically unplayable.after finishing the 17th have to walk across the course back to hole 7 which is next to 18th.finished back 9 and still no one around at pro shop or inside.Poor experience not welcoming for non members.

My partner and I stayed here for one night recently as part of a buy a gift deal. It was really easy to book and Adrian, who was the first person I spoke to, also cooked us dinner and breakfast, was absolutely amazing! We couldn't have felt anymore welcome and we would definitely recommend staying here. The views over the golf course were absolutely beautiful. Adrian also advised us on where we could find local shops and beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our mini break so enjoyable!

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!! old guy was very rude, aswell as guy in pro shop, unwelcoming and didn’t want us there from the beginning. nothing but problems because of our age and appearance, they made comments on our attire and said we weren’t dressed appropriately and gives them a bad look as others on the course might be upset by how we are dressed. We were wearing sports attire which should have never been a problem as we are literally playing a sport on a warm day. Their attitude wasn’t at all friendly, very hostile, found excuses to not let us on the course even after taking our payment, let alone made us wait an hour and a half to play and get a golf buggy to then be told we’re not allowed one as they’re all booked which we were not told before hand. A lot of miscommunication between staff all telling us different things. In the end we weren’t allowed on the course and were turned down as we were approaching the first tee. Ruined my day, and mygolfing experience. Young bloke behind bar was lovely, completely agreed with us and needs a raise. He shouldn’t have to deal with those other workers, thankyou mate xxx WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE YOUNG.

Shocking - Read before you play!Played the course today, busy course, okay layout, good challenges. Golf shop was accommodating, had the basic set up. Shop keeper was friendly and welcoming and even accommodated with a different tee time however we chose to warm up.Please not l'm not labelling all members under the same brush however one of the key ambassadors to the club really let the club down and with a huge amount of disappointment. As you can see from the video, the pace of play was as fast it could be given how busy the course was. Then we had a large group of ladies playing behind us, these ladies were in 5 separate groups. Majority were quite friendly but were shy of the word fore. As we were teeing off, the lady turns around and says boys, will you let us all through, we explained the situation with the traffic in front and said no at present. As we were teeing off the par 3 on the 12th, one of the boys overshot and rolled into the moss bank prior to the pond.Able to play the shot and found within 1 minute of searching, this woman screams to move out of the way. Myself and the other player were on the green but as rules go, we must wait for the other player to be on the green to take our shot."Sorry mate, I don't make the rules" quote comes to mind.We complete the hole and the other players in front just finished their tee shots. This woman and her side kick come storming down, like raging banshees and starts pedantically calling us boys, sorry not usually one to pick holes in slang, but we are men and dressed accordingly, so gents would have been more appropriate but hey ho, boys it is. When your in trouble move out the way and let us pass she claims. That's all well and good if we was slow or the course was quiet. However all rules played and within the allotted times so we explained the situation. I asked if she was a member, she replies "I'm the lady captain" then spoke down to us. I reminded her of the rules, she told us it was the respectful thing to do. I explained that her attitude and her approach towards visitors is extremely off putting and disappointing to the club.We will not be returning, absolute arrogance!

Watch out for the committee bully gang, no fun for anyone who hasn’t been before. You can be playing and expected to stop your game if the old miserable committee players come as your game isn’t as important as theirs. No explanation just expected to know and then approached but the old gang with attitude and rudeness. They need new committee members as they make it a bad experience for new comers. Won’t recommend there after that.

Just got back from a weekend stay at the Golf Club. Apart from the boiler being broken and no hot water in our room I really can't fault the service we received. We had to shower in the main building but they were extremely apologetic about the situation. Lovely clean and tidy accommodation and comfortable bed and very nice cooked breakfast. Stunning views and you certainly get what you pay for. A little rough around the edges but it's not the Hilton Hotel . We were given a discount for the trouble of the broken boiler.

This was the first of 5 courses we played in a week. 21st April. The course was a bit rough. Probqbly from the geavy rain over christmas. Directions were poor so we struggled to find our way around it. A little disappointing.

Absolute joke of a golf club.I paid £80 for a tee booking and when my accommodation on the Gower was cancelled, I informed the club well within their cancellation period.Customer service is beyond a joke as I've reached out to them 9 times and either been ignored, asked to bear with them, or told that they don't know how to do a refund on the system.Complete charlatans in my opinion and I would advise anyone to steer clear.

Notwithstanding the anticipated boggy conditions; directional signage between holes was virtually non existent. Tee location was farcical. Red/ yellow flags were a lottery. Grass growing in the bunkers . Very disappointed . Probably won’t return. Not even the sat watch set to winter course could work out where to go or how far the holes were.
