A lucky hit for motorhome owners and campervans. Top.Top.Top.Centrally located for excursions.The pub is open every day. There is a very nice restaurant and a pub with billiards and games, separate.The service staff friendly. The menu is small, but everyone will find something here. The price is unbeatable.Now to the campsite that belongs to the pub. Every pitch has an electricity connection. There is drinking water and the possibility of emptying chemical toilets. Gray water drain. Garbage disposal. Everything a camper’s heart needs. The pitches are fairly flat and on gravel. Typically £10 to £15 is charged.Since we ate here every evening and don't need electricity, we were allowed to stand for free.We'll be back. A recommendation. Thank you for everything!October 2024We kept our promise and went to the Harp Inn again in our campervan.This time I served the shrimp in garlic oil in a hot bowl. Incredibly good. Excellent. The service was friendly and inquiring.This time we had electricity and paid €10 for the night.A great restaurant, a nice place for motorhomes. We have stayed in many places in the area and now we have found the best of all ,room was very nice and breakfast was also very good also convienant for the ferry and plenty of parking spaces and right beside the main road Staff was very friendly and helpful

Fantastic room, superb food and great staff, excellent place to stay, only thing they need to work on is there numbering system, i was in room 4 , sounds normal until you realise the numbers go 1 - 2 - 3 - 5 with 4 round the back ??? How funny at midnight?? Apart from that superb place , highly recommend indeed 😃

The rooms were super clean and comfy. The owner has two beautiful welcoming dogs. The premise and bar is also fur friendly. If looking for a nice chill bar to play pool or darts, enjoy good food drinks and a warm environment this is the place. My best place to stay in south Wales.

Was looking forward to a nice Sunday Cavery today .However you get served all veg etc when you standing in line which is not your usual Sunday caveryWhen I asked for a piece of cauliflower which is my favourite veg .The miserable young girl serving me started poking the table spoon of sauce on my plate and said there little bits in there .I wasn’t allowed a piece of cauliflower even though I was paying for it. I felt like a school child being told off.Won’t be recommending the Sunday lunch there or going back again

This is based solely on the food. We didn’t stay on site.I really wanted to give a good review because the staff were just lovely and had gone to great lengths to accommodate us. Unfortunately, the food was not so lovely. The chicken was quite dry, chips were ok, but the sauce was seriously awful. It had either split or it was made from powdered mix which hadn’t been mixed properly. The result was a watery consistency with small lumps. It was quite insipid and nothing like the sauce it was meant to be. So sorry guys. I really wanted to say good things but the food really let you down.
