Look no further if staying in the area, such a peaceful location, the rooms are good sizes, very clean and have everything you might need. Stayed a few nights with family for my sons graduation in Swansea. The hosts were so incredibly lovely from the moment of arrival. Brilliant cooked and continental breakfast really sets you up for the day. Really enjoyed our stay and Liz and Rob made it extra special - thank you x

Spent two glorious nights here. Spotless rooms, super shower, warm and friendly hosts where nothing was too much trouble. Superb breakfast with continental or Welsh breakfast choices, great locally sourced, fresh products. I would highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Secluded property but within easy access to main road. Room was small but had everything we needed. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely especially the perfect poached eggs! Excellent value for money. Good location to visit Gower and Cardiff.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on golf trip. Welcomed by Rob who was a brilliant host. Most comfortable bed, tea & coffee provided in room. Powerful shower and whole room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The full Welsh breakfast was superb. Cannot recommend Ballas Farm highly enough - exceptional value too!

Everything about Ballas farm was amazing. The room nice and big for the family, the hosts were amazing and accommodating, the breakfast was really good, after a long while I've enjoyed breakfast especially the scrambled egg with Salmon. Great place to stay when visiting Swansea like we did

This was a last minute booking over the weekend, for myself, husband and two children. The location is lovely, quiet and secluded in the countryside, which was perfect for us.Communication with owners was great, very friendly lovely people.Going up to our room, it was very spacious and clean. Fridge and microwave provided, which was a nice touch if you need that.One thing that was not provided was an iron, although I'm sure if I had asked the owners would have provided one.Nice bed linen, comfy mattress, good pillows.The bathroom was nice and spacious, separate bath and shower, water pressure was good. Toiletries and white fluffy towels provided.There was a wide selection of breakfast choices, we was asked the night prior what time and what we would like for breakfast, we went for a cooked welsh breakfast.Coming down for breakfast we was greeted, seated to our table, with juices, coffees and teasserved at the table .Breakfast was absolutely lovely, well needed! Coffee was also good.I would definitely come and stay again if I'm ever in the area again.Thankyou so much for a lovely stay.

Can't fault this place at all, I was lucky enough to find this b&b after initially booking a place in town, we quickly changed & were not disappointed at all, Rob & Liz are perfect hosts & Can't do enough for you, the room was spotlessly clean & well equipped (huge bed) very good shower, plenty of tea & biscuits, taxi into town will cost between £8-£13 depending on what time it is ( the money we saved because we changed b&b's covered this cost) would we return, hell yeah in a heartbeat we would when we're back in the area, oh & breakfast was spot on, plentiful & made with quality ingredients,

Great room, comfortable bed. Accommodating hosts. Close to the sea and surrounding countryside. A great base for a stay. Huge choice at breakfast, all freshly cooked and tasty.|10 minutes into Porthcawl with its lovely beaches, fish and chips, and Sidoli’s ice cream. Loved it.
