Short but very sweet stay at the Sutherland Mini Apartments. The kitchenette was well appreciated after staying in a hostel for a few days. A little pricey for the room but as per my research, if you don't book early in Fort William, this is the general going rate. Clean and good location, a nice walk out of the centre surrounded with beautiful views. We loved the space the night before our Ben Nevis accent so we could get prepared. Fantastically easy check in, a total breeze and on our own time. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Thanks for a nice stay, recommended.

Room for 3, a double bed and a single bed. Super recommended!Even before arriving, it is clear that the owners care about their visitors. They send an email with arrival instructions, step-by-step photos included.Then upon arrival the room was perfectly clean and beds made to the standard of 4* hotel cleanliness and cleanliness.Hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo in the shower. Plenty of towels.It has a mini kitchen with a microwave, sink, kettle, sachets for coffee, milk and sugar, and a hotel-type refrigerator. The room, although on the street level, had a secure window that overlooks the interior patio so you woke up in a pleasant green environment.For the prices in the area it is reasonable. We have been very comfortable and we recommend it. If we returned to Fort William we would repeat.We had dinner at the local Wetherspoon, they are super good value deals and everything is full of locals.

It was for us a quick booking, didn't know what to expect but we were positively suprised!It was more than we expected to be honest.Lovely owners, great communication, room was nice, tidy, warm, beds real comfy.What else I could say...Definitely more then 100% recommended!We will come back there for sure!xx

Space wise very small not so much a mini apartment as described more of a landing at the top of a set of stairs with the bed right underneath the window and the toilet at the other end , was very clean tidy and modern with all you really need somewhere to put your head down, the owners were lovely and very accommodating and helpful we will definitely be back at some point but we will definitely need the family room for more space even though its just the two of us .

Booked this guesthouse twice with my partner and was never disappointed, the rooms are very comfortable with a fridge, water kettle and tv. Bathroom offers a shower and everything is clean and fresh. Would definitely go back, great location – Walking distance to the town of Fort William and the bars and restaurants - This place really is a hidden Gem in the highlands. The hosts Ross and Michelle even made us a nice breakfast in the morning and gave us all the information we needed about the town. Brilliant wee place. Allan, Ayr

Room located in a garage, very low ceiling, oppressive, musty smell and bathroom radiator does not work. Room 3 not recommended.

The room is sufficiently equipped and clean. The owner immediately brought us the missing cot ordered after the phone call. A star down for the unbelievably cold bathroom, which unfortunately we were unable to heat. The price/quality ratio is great, I recommend it.
