The managment are so friendly and helpful... food is amazing as well as the amazing service where they will go out of their way to help. Same goes for the people who go to the pub. We were here on a Sunday. Just for a drink and the music. Wonderful experience if you like real and simple. And we do that. Jamming along to the music is appreciated. Time well spent.

This is an Inn type hotel, feels homely and is a very old building with character, I personally found it very cosy and relaxing, I slept very well and loved the feel of it. The bathroom was large and the bath was really vintage and deep, I just had a very pleasant experience here and you can do your own breakfast too, thank you for a lovely cosy stay 😊 was very quiet too.

Booked in for 2 nights but left after 1st night. Very shabby and dirty. Water leaked in to the room over the bed and in electric socket. My husband went to find someone and the door handle came off, he had to force the door as we were trapped in the room . No member of staff in the building at all. No contact details left for any problems that may arise.Quirky and dirty. Needs a refurbishment as a lovely building. Not worth the money. Furniture looks like it was purchased from a junk shop and thrown in rooms. The garden looks like a scrap yard. In the room uncovered tea bags, sugar bowl. Hole in bedroom window . Dirty carpets . Not a good experience and such a shame as could have been amazing. Very disappointed

Small quirky pub that’s part of a guest house and gallery. Authentic venue for the sea shanty weekend with its own pirate, Spooks, who had plenty of tales to tell.
