The room is as shown in the pictures (deluxe studio) but the furniture was very old yet functional. The rug was very dirty and the mini fridge smelled awful. I did inform the management and they have removed the rug and cleaned the fridge promptly and gave me a little gift so service is 5/5. The bathroom is renovated and neat, but there was no bidet (shattaf) even though it showed it in the advertised pictures which was disappointing.

My experience was very bad. I booked a room with two beds and paid a large amount and they gave me a very small room and one small bed. I felt sorry for every riyal. They told me we would put a second bed for you in the room and they pulled me in and the bathroom was very, very, very small and the voices of children and all the sounds I heard as if they were in my room. My experience with them was very good. Bad

This place is truly deserving of 0 stars, smelly, dirty carpets, furniture and bathroom, cracked tiles everywhere tiny corridors and a lift for 2 at a squeeze. I would honestly not keep my dog there a kennel smells better than these apartments.We booked 2 apartments and paid for 7 nights with our friends walked out after 7 minutes. Found alternate accommodation.Needless to say NO REFUND!These are not refurbished apartments the pictures are fake.We have lots of photos.

The apartment is cozy and had all what I needed.|The proximity of the apartment from the Hyde park, Oxford street, and other notable sites added to its value.|The only drawback is the size of the elevator, as it’s barely handles 2 persons.|The apartment nightly rate was fine, and the staff were very welcoming and cooperative.

Curry scented corridor with 1.6 meters height, have to bend your head getting through. I call it “Mumbai cave”. If you like tiny lifts, this is the winner. Room is also tiny, low ceiling height. Chandelier is in your face. Get Ibiz or PremierInn. 17 Hereford hotel is reduculously bad with beautiful pics on the net. No refund policy! Booked for 8 nights, left after 1 night.

Located in the upscale Mayfair district, the studio was fresh, clean, with a nice sized bathroom & well equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities were a bonus. Bed was comfy, security excellent, staff veryfriendly & accomodating (available 24 hrs). Room located on a quiet street. Would definately stay here again!
