No WiFi included (available only with payment) in 2024? Really? Pleasant and helpful receptionist. I think car parking may be a bit difficult for older customers as you need to use an app for the best experience.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from [25/10/2024] to [26/10/2024].Firstly, I was appalled to find that there was no hot water in my room during a cold day in this country. As a guest, I expect basic amenities such as hot water to be consistently available. It is unacceptable that the hotel did not have a contingency plan in place for such a situation, nor did they inform guests in advance of this issue.Secondly, I was issued a parking fine despite having registered my vehicle at the front desk upon check-in. The fine was issued at 18:33, which was the exact time I left the hotel for dinner. This clearly indicates that the front desk did not process my vehicle registration in a timely manner.I have stayed at numerous hotels in various countries and have never encountered such poor service. The lack of hot water and the incorrect parking fine have significantly tarnished my experience at your hotel. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the hotel for assistance regarding the parking fine were unsuccessful.I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to these issues. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and provide me with a written explanation.

We stayed in the Kendal town centre Travelodge for just 1 night.||Parking was very cheap & in the basement of the hotel, the location was perfect for the town centre. The hotel was as expected , which was very clean.
