Very dated and decor throughout in need of modernising. Bed comfy and room clean. Hostess very friendly. Budget B&B suitable for 1 night. Tiny en suite in my room. No hot water from sink tap and couldn't get head underneath tap to rinse mouth it was so tiny. Shower ok but has mould on sealant.

We had an overnight stay here while cycling to John O’Grouts. Deena greeted us and got our bikes safely stored away. Our room was quite small but comfortable enough; there is no ensuite but we had sole use of the nearby hall bathroom. Breakfast was fine; we don’t do the full English but do have eggs which were sadly overcooked. Deepa is so very nice and looking to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Had the room been somewhat larger and had an ensuite we would have rated it higher, but I would stay again.

Had a really lovely stay at this B&B! The family were so welcoming and kind (thanks Vivo, Deepa & Bandi!), and we had a delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The location is great - just a few mins walk from the centre of town, and near enough to the bus & train stations. Room was a little cosy but fine for a couple of nights, and very quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Three of us shared a triple room with a private bathroom, and we're given a lovely warm welcome by Deepa and Bandula. They got us settled in and then recommended restaurants for the evening (and offered to ring and book for us). …

Handy location, friendly hosts, good breakfast. Our room was pretty cramped and the bathroom uncomfortable so. The breakfast room cannot accommodate all guests. The house would benefit from refurbishment.
