The rooms are totally shocking and if I could give you a big fat 0 I definitely would.Curtains hanging off the rail, dirt on the floor of the bathroom, two bathroom lights none which worked,, dangerous for showering or going to the toilet in the evening or night.Door to the bathroom area did close and the edging on the door was hanging off.Bed, small double bed base with a double mattress totally unexplainable, heating on all night and it wasn't cold at all.2 tea bags and 6 coffee yet 4 milk and all that for a long weekend, plus having to travel to buy tea and milk as the local shop was out of action.Staff ,,,, mmmmm WHAT STAFF.KEYS left in the doors told that there wasn't and staff available for the weekend.Door to the outside left open all night with no security at all, on Saturday night people from the pub across the way where using the toilets.Parking,,, What parking NONE.I WOULD SUGGEST TO ANYONE LOOK UP THE RED ADMIRAL HOTEL, just a few minutes up the road and totally brilliant.Owner of the pub / hotel ,, if you are not interested in running a pub / hotel let someone else run it who can try and make the business work for the greater good of the community.

Great location for village pubs, restaurants and local attractions. Rooms very clean and bathroom has a power shower. Pub itself a bit rundown and not busy with no meals available but plenty of choice nearby. Overall the place is probably average but location bumps it up to good.
