Was Told We could only choose pizza or curry for evening meal as the cookers were not working. The Breakfast on both mornings were cold. The Hotel was very outdated. Needs a Spruce up.. But Over all the staff were very polite and Friendly.

The room rate was excellent value as I needed to be within walking distance of the FlixBus bus stop at the city end of Lloyd George Avenue and it all worked out fine.

Located in the bay area with restaurants near by and 30 mins walk to city centre. ||||The hotel is so outdated with fixtures broken and rust in the bathroom. This wasn't a comfy stay for 3 nights, it was cold and uninviting and I'd rather stay somewhere else for a bit more money

We went to the first room to find a horrible smell coming from the bathroom and then they gave us a different room which was cold had what looked like poo on the duvet and a hole in the shower curtain. The breakfast was bad too

As a public transport user this hotel could not have been more conveniently located. Across the the road from Cardiff Bay train station and a couple of hundred yards away from Cardiff Bay and all it has to offer. The only negative was the weather!
