Premise: we travel a lot and rarely experience similar inconveniences.Upon our (early) arrival we ask to be able to leave our luggage, as agreed via email. Once we reach the place, the cleaning girl welcomes us, stating that the room is not yet ready. So he opens the doors to another room (considerably smaller than the one we paid for) inviting us to put our things there and, if necessary, use the bathroom. For an emergency we also had to use the shower and with the excuse that the room had already been used they automatically assigned it to us, stating in a very arrogant way (when it was absolutely not true) that the one intended for us was of the same size and price. On top of this the walls are so thin that you can hear every single movement of the other guests, causing considerable mutual annoyance. The towels are few and small and if they leave you an internal room like the one we had there is no ventilation aka you can't breathe. Owners should think less about money and be more honest and welcoming.Plus points: warm room, TV, wifi.Basic things that absolutely do not compensate for the misadventure that occurred and the incompetence of the owners. If possible I would give zero stars, avoid.

Unpleasant Experience with ManagementI booked a quadruple room for my friends to attend my wedding. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The day before my wedding, my friends arrived in the UK, and upon reaching the property, they were told by the manager that they couldn’t stay without paying extra. This was surprising, as my booking clearly indicated 3 adults and 1 child, and the room was advertised as suitable for this number of guests. When I contacted the manager to resolve the issue, he claimed that while the room does have a sofa bed, it’s “not meant for sleeping.” He refused to allow its use unless I paid an additional fee for an upgrade. Despite my attempts to find a solution, the manager only seemed interested in getting more money, showing no willingness to accommodate us within the terms of our reservation. He repeatedly insisted that any complaints should be taken up with the booking platform. It’s disheartening that such practices are allowed to continue. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay away. The lack of professionalism and honesty from management is concerning.Avoid this place.

We had a first experience as a couple in June 2024 which was good.We therefore returned to this establishment to spend a few days in London in September 2024.We booked for 3 adults: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Once in front of the hotel the code that we had been given did not work. We called, fortunately they were available even on Sundays, we were told that on the other hand we had booked for 3 adults even though the room only had a double bed so we were put in a larger room. We arrive in the new room, with a double bed and a sofa bed. The latter had no mattress, no cushion, no sheet, nothing at all. I call back and the person tells me that it's normal we have to pay €47/person per day for the sofa bed... we booked a room for 3 adults and they tell us that it's normal that we still have to pay for the sofa bed?!The person on the phone suddenly became very rude. We didn't pay and got by.Our room had the unnecessary “quadruple room with shower”… there you go.The cleanliness is relative it is correct, the curtains were broken and the bathroom drawer doors non-existentThe property is EXTREMELY noisy. We had already noticed it in June. But people slam doors, shout until midnight and beyond. There's a lot of coming and going. In short, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this establishment. Very bad experience, the managers are only there for the money and don't care about you.If I could give it a 0/5 I would.

We booked an overnight stay as we were attending a wedding nearby and didn't want to drive home after. We were sent instructions to get into the building via a touch screen code and the same for the room. There was no one there to greet us on entering although I suppose this wasn't really necessary.Upon entering our room we discovered that the room wasn't set up to accommodate 3 people as booked for but this was rectified quickly after a phone call to the hotel reception number provided. The room was spacious, clean and had tea, coffee and towels. The double bed was comfortable, the pull out bed not so much but sufficed for one night. The only real complaint we have is that the floors are all wooden and therefore you can hear the occupants above you. Especially the ones we had. They were very noisy. The kids were jumping off the bed and screaming and the adults were shouting at them. They woke us up at 6am with the same carry on. This is obviously not the hotels fault but the noise could be minimised by the installation of carpets perhaps.Limited parking.

Purchased a room @ £70 for concert on 11th July, only to be told next day my booking was cancelled as there was no availability!!!!! But when I went onto different websites they were selling same room at over double the price. Totally disgusting cashing in because if a concert. The guy I called in hotel said he only worked for the hotel so when I asked to speak to manager, it just so happened he was also the manager. They must think people are stupid. 😡😡😡😡
