The location is really great. A short walk down the street and you were at the subway station from which you could reach almost everything. When it comes to the room, you get as much as you pay for.It is according to the price. You pay for the location and not for the ambience. The walls have been painted so many times that the stucco under the ceiling is slowly losing its shape. The shower head was not available. And when we entered the room, the owner's cat came towards us (personally it didn't bother us so much, but that's not for everyone). The bathroom is tiny and the walls are thin.A plus was the very friendly service. We immediately got a new shower head when we noticed it was missing and were given a free upgrade to a room with more beds. All in all, the location was the best thing about the place.

Dirty room, mold everywhere, sagging beds without slatted frames, only one towel per person for 4 days (additional towels would have cost 2 pounds per person); life-threatening windows from which children could have fallen; And one of the worst things was the dirty bathroom. Here the water temperature couldn't be adjusted correctly and the water pressure was so low that you couldn't shower properly. Washing my hair was completely impossible. We had to clean and disinfect the room first in order to be able to spend the night in it at all. This hotel needs to be closed!!

The only good thing is the location. I had never been in a hotel with such dirty rooms, in fact we couldn't use the microwave because it was so dirty, a place can be without luxuries and it is acceptable for its price, but for it to be dirty is a lack of respect. disappointing.

Really poor standard, very dirty, last night there were mice in the room. Location is ok as it is not very far to a metro. Only choose this place if you are not delicate. …

I rented a room for a few days. The first night I saw a rat in my room. The hotel owner didn't want to give me my money back. He told me to contact another company who told me they couldn't find my reservation. I didn't get a refund. Scammers!

Checked in here and checked out within half hour.Room was not clean, corridor stacked full.of laundry and main no no for me was you are given a master key for front door and your room so means everyone has access to all rooms. Booked it as grandaughter wanted to go to natural history museum but could not even bare to stay there so booked elsewhere. Management refused a refund but our safety is far more important than money.Do not waste your money.

DO NOT TAKE THIS HOTEL. reprehensible and appalling. Ants in the room and smelled rotten throughout the room and the fridge. Did not go to be in the room or stay. We changed and got a new one.

Nice spacious room. wide windows for fresh air.service was friendly but did have to wait a while as nobody was at the reception.the bad is the bathroom .the plughole had long dirty hairs in it and was obvious the bath had not been cleaned as there were hairs in the bath and it had a moudly smell in there . .hotel is a little tacky looking but then again it is 2 star hotel.so can't expect the ritz but it is in need of some tlc and a good clean.for the price we paid for 2 nights I would say it was reasonable

Room in an unacceptably run-down condition, even for the low price. The toilet and shower were initially extremely dirty and definitely not cleaned.Bed linen was freshly laundered and smelled pleasant. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room was very small and old and DIRTY. They did not even care about how damaged the stuff inside the room were. The bathroom was so small and dirty with no lock. The lights of the bathroom were not working. The shower was rusty and the cold water wasn't even working properly. The bed was not good to sleep in. The bathroom mirror was so useless that I don't even know why it's being kept there because you could not see a thing. There was a small mirror kept in the room but it was still useless as the lights in the room were not even good. Overall the room was not worth the price. I agree that the price is low but the basic minimum hygiene and living qualities cannot be met in the hotel rooms. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone and I would tell everyone to go for any other hotels in London.
