Really well located and we were on 4th floor but there is a lift. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful, would recommend to any type of visit. Sth Ken tube is less than a 5 minute walk and lots of restaurants cafes and convenience stores just around the corner.

Best thing about this apartment is its location and Mr David the wonderful person attending the reception, very friendly very helpful and very professional, he made our stay much more enjoyable. Thank you David! Location is excellent walk to anywhere: Hyde park, natural history, Victoria and Albert, Science musesms. Walk to 2 metro stations, food markers, shops cafes resturaunts, Harrods and Sloan square. comfortable queen bed, nice kitchen, compact washer and dryer.

disgusting apartment. all types of stains and blood on the sheets and in the fridge, disgusting carpet, ac and washing machines don’t work. so expensive and for what?? do not recommend.

The apartment is very dirty. Old furniture. Smelly refrigerator, very dirty carpet. The washing machine drier not working. Bed sheet dirty , one of the air conditioning not working good. Its very expensive apartment and its really bad experience.

The location of the hotel is great, close to several metro stops, many bus possibilities, a 3-minute walk from the Science Museum and 10 from Hyde Park. It is surrounded by restaurants, small supermarkets and different shops. The atmosphere of the area is very good.The apartment we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) and a spacious living room. Everything was clean and in order.All the employees treated us with kindness.

I spontaneously booked an apartment for a few nights and unfortunately couldn't start the trip due to problems with extending my travel documents. Unfortunately, the hotel showed no goodwill or accommodation at all and charged me the full cost when I canceled. Communication was also very slow via email. Afterwards I saw that the apartment was rented again for at least part of the travel period.

Lovely apartment, central but very quiet and very attentive staff. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, a large living area and benefits from direct access by lift. The staff is very friendly always asking is there is anything else they can do to make stay more comfortable.

We were a family of 4 staying at Manson Place. The location is quiet and central, and our apartment was very nice, both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. ||Very convenient to have a manned reception 24/7, with helpful and friendly staff. ||Will definitely return!

Stayed at the deluxe 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent location, friendly staff, 24 hr reception. Note that each apartment has slight different configuration & size (Apt 5 is better than 6 on the ground floor) (1st floor is better than ground floor due to balcony and bigger kitchen but Apt 7 has a step to the bedroom which can be difficult with people with accessibility challenges, both bathrooms are tub type with no walk-in shower). The building seems to be old but well maintained. One of the downside is the high prices but I guess it is justified due to the services provided & location.
