Location is amazing!!! The actual room was small with no amenities (no hair dryer, refrigerator, a/c). For my purposes of being there two nights for business it was perfect. Not so much a hotel as a hostel. It’s located in a great neighborhood close to Hyde Park and museums.

A small but economical accomodation for a trip to London during peak season. Close to attractions like museums. Breakfast included, which included vast option of English breakfast with vegan options. The only issue seemed to be the fire alarm tripping but it happened only once in the morning within a whole week.

Great place to stay while the students are away, basic but good rooms with decent showers and very secure. Couldn't really be better placed 2 mins walk from the Royal Albert Hall, 5 mins from the Natural History Museum etc etc etc.

We had a twin room with private bathroom. Reception staff were patient and kind. They acknowledged the fire alarm is sensitive to showers. We had no problems. There were no alarms. The breakfast is a 5/6 minute walk away in the main college building senior common room. Worth the walk. The location is great. South Ken tube is three minutes. Hyde Park and Albert Hall less than five minutes. I accidentally activated the bathroom help chord. No one came. No one was wanted. This place is good value for what you get.
