So bad that when we turned up, we left and booked for a different hotel. Shared bathrooms, the place doesn't look good at all and the photos are definitely photo shopped to trick you into thinking it's a good hotel. The bed is far down so if you're old or have a physical disability you would not be able to get back up. The rooms did not look secure at all.

Absolutely horrific, rooms are horrid, shared bathroom is a mick take, I genuinely wouldn’t keep a hamster in here for more than 5 minutes, bed looks like you’d catch multiple diseases from it. Spent extra for a balcony and got the beautiful view of two rusted transit vans and an alleyway. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU ENJOY HYGIENE!

We arrived at 10am, , check in wasn’t till 3pm. We were unable to leave our luggage while we attended a concert, We tried to call but number wasn’t recognized, there is a pub not far on the corner which has storage for £5 we collected our bags after the concert was a bit of a pain, we couldn’t access the room for ages as the code wouldn’t wrk fortunately someone left and let us in the building, when we finally got inside we noticed a few bugs on the stairs then noticed a few on the walls, we eventually got access to our room, pretty merry after the concert, my partner was woken in the night with a cockroach on her stomach, the place was crawling, when we woke properly there was more to be seen they were running along the headboard on the ceiling all over the shared bathroom, I refused to shower as it was again CRAWLING!!!! We quickly got dressed and left safe to say we will never return 186 per night a bench in Hyde park would of been more comfortable Do NOT stay here

The ad did not properly disclose that the bathroom was shared with two more rooms. The room was stuffy and small (photos advertised are criminally misleading). Barely worth £40 per night, never mind £100. Never met the landlords.Overall, this is the type of scam you usually see in comedies and don’t expect it to happen in real life. It does. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

Room was okay, bed not very comfortable. Curtains are a a big too small so all the light comes through in the morning. I bought my own but it doesn’t come with free toiletries as stated and the towels are tiny. Balcony door doesn’t lock so you can hear all the delievery trucks in the morning and can hear upstairs stomping all night and shouting off the balcony which you have no one to complain too. There’s everything but a fridge in the room which is odd(even a washing machine and oven). But I did ask if we could check in earlier which they did for us! Rooms are secure with 3 different access codes!

Rooms do not look as advertised, dangerous metal fixtures right on the bed, impossible to get on to the balcony because the other bed was blocking the door, dirty sheets and mattresses, dirty shared bathroom, loud guests in shared apartments- this is not stated when you book. It is not a hotel, merely a converted flat. Area is alright, close to tube station, but later at night, as a group of girls it doesn’t feel safe, dirty old men trying to lure you into their shops along the road. “hotel” stinks of raw meat as it’s above a shop, it absolutely reeks, which isn’t stated. No teabags, coffee provided for the kettle, towels were only hair towels so couldn’t be used, no free toiletries were made available. Cheap enough to get our heads down for one night, but wouldn’t want to stay for longer nor return. Also curtains don’t cover the entire window so constant light coming in.

It's a shame that a company as serious as Edreams lends itself to this scam. I was left waiting for the happy password, although with little desire to enter, very strange people came and went, I also found out that the shower was shared, in short: I lost the money and I had to look for another hotel.

Terrible. We ordered it through booking, the photos and the reality are completely different. Dirty sheets and mattresses, crumbs and stains everywhere. The mattress is uncomfortable. Immediately upon arrival, a common scary narrow corridor, cracked walls and terrible smell everywhere !! Strange people everywhere, shouting and arguments. Shared bathroom, not completely clean. We stayed there for a couple of hours and left because we were afraid. I do not recommend this place to anyone, definitely not for the price!!!!! On booking, the negative reviews are probably deleted, so it's a nice scam, and here on google the reviews are terrible, but unfortunately true.

It was not stated when booking that the restroom and bathroom would be shared, which was very inconvenient. The lights in the corridor are broken and it is inconvenient to press the password to enter and exit in the dark environment. The floor in the room was very dirty and the sheets were dirty and dirty. The balcony cannot be completely closed and the curtains cannot be completely covered, making it very inconvenient to change clothes.
