We had a reservation made for August 15, and when we arrived we found a sign on the door telling us that it has been closed since the 11th. We had not received any notice that the hotel was closed. We are waiting for the refund that we had paid for 4 nights in the hotel.

If there were a negative star I’d put that! The rooms were filthy dirty. One bed had an uncovered duvet folded in half. The other bed had a duvet cover only folded in half. The bathroom was filthy. Only three hand towels were provided for two guests for three nights!!! The carpet was a trip hazard. There was no breakfast although that was included in the price. Don’t stay there. It’s not worth it

I made a reservation with the owner, Tanja Prcic of Happy Holidays on the street UL. Matije Korvina 17 in Subotica. I paid her in full to make a reservation at The Cranley Hotel at 10 Bina Garden in London.

Cozy hotel in the middle of luxurious Kensington. The hotel is centrally located and close to the subway. There are delicious restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. |The staff are nice and welcoming.

This could be a potential gem - but it isn’t. In great need of TLC and money! Carpet taped down, bannisters broken, marks on the walls, dirty windows, dripping taps and ineffective air conditioning.

Despite a very nice and quiet neighborhood,No service, questionable cleanliness, no cleaning throughout the weekIt's not 4 stars, it's not even 2 stars.Even if a hostess who speaks French was friendly and ready to help.

PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!! Poor treatment of guests is a gross understatement of what we experienced. Scam, dishonest and fraudulent are more accurate. We tried to modify our reservation, and upon calling the front desk, we were instructed to email the reservations team. We emailed reservations on 5 consective days and received no response. We called the hotel front desk again and politely demanded help. Again, we were told to email reservations. We emailed 5 consecutive days again (10 in total) with no response. Photos of rooms are not accurate. Look at guest ratings on their website...no ratings have been posted since 2020...makes me wonder why...? Please don't stay here.

This Hotel is a travesty and needs to be closed down. Upon entry there is sign that reads new management, aware of issues but no refunds possible! It advertises so much and delivers so little.
