Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel.Rooms are extremely small. It is impossible to open a suitcase. We had to turn off the ventilation because there was an unpleasant smell coming from it. The fire alarms were tested several times in the morning so that the alarm went off every 15 minutes.

Great location for a weekend in London - close to bus and tube lines and the Arab community- rooms cozy for one person only. Large bathrooms.

The hotel is beautiful and the furniture is new, but the room size is very small and the hotel is located far from Oxford Street

Location is good. Short walk to Edgware Rd station, Hyde Park and Park Lane. Bus stop outside as well. Not much in the immediate area though.Room was on the small side considering the hotel’s location. Water pressure in shower was poor, maybe due to being on 5th floor? Bed was hard and not overly comfortable.Welcome from reception was very warm, and check in/check out extremely smooth.

Actually everything is good. Breakfast good, staff very nice. Bus connection in front of the door, metro 5 minutes away. Also quiet and clean. Just don't take room 601. …

Really great experience here, only stayed for one night but was so so so thankful to the night receptionist (his name was Khan) who was happy to help us at the ridiculous hours of the night after our transport left us stranded. We went to many other hotels, all were dismissive and told us they were full without even checking before sending us to other, also full, hotels. The rooms were very nice for our stay, didn't get to try the breakfast so can't comment, and the location is great with how close it is to Paddington station. Khan, you're our hero 🙏

I stay at this hotel in July 2024 with my family. On arrival they asked us to pay 50 pounds for safety deposit. I had to pay with my card. Then when I checked out, I asked the receptionist to pay back the deposit. She told me that the money will be send back automatically to the bank card I used to pay with. But the money never came back. I mailed them two times, and they told me they have released the money and requested me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank, they confirmed the money was paid out, but never refunded. I reached out the hotel once more, no response at all.Watch out people.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice—once with a friend and once on my own. The rooms are on the smaller side but ideal for a 2-3 night stay. The service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I had an issue with the air conditioning, but as soon as I reported it, they resolved it quickly and followed up to ensure everything was comfortable. The location is also great—right on Edgware Road, which is close to many good restaurants and cafés. There are nearby underground and bus stations, making transportation very convenient.

I only have good things to say about this hotel. Okay so the rooms are slightly smaller than average, but the bedding, fixtures and fittings, bathroom, tv etc are to a high standard. I've stayed in 2 rooms so far and they have been perfectly clean, to a high standard. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. It takes 10 mins to walk to Oxford Street but the Edgware Road underground station is a few mins walk. It's in a predominantly Arabic area, but I feel perfectly safe and have worked around this area for most of my life and I've never had an issues. I Highly Recommended this hotel.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.||The air conditioning in my room was blowing hot air throughout the night, with a window that only opened a couple of centimetres, making the room unbearably hot and stuffy in the middle of …
