I drove 7 hours from Edinburgh and arrived at Seal Cottage around 5:40 PM on a rainy day.When I arrived, the host told me that I could not stay as it was against the rules to only make a reservation for 2 adults and to have my daughter stay as well.Also, I was told to go back as there was no refund. We asked him to let us sleep in the couple's bed since the child could sleep with us, but he couldn't be persuaded at all. And he said it was my fault. However, when I searched for the accommodation through Google Maps, I had to select only the number of adults in the first step of the search criteria, and elementary school students usually accompanied by two adults did not need to be added as adults, but they were available in Korea, Japan, the United States, Thailand, Indonesia, Italy, and the Maldives. , there was no problem staying in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and even stayed at the Courtyard Hotel in Edinburgh under the same conditions the day before, on 4/9. Wonderful place to stay on the island of sky. We can't say anything negative, everything seemed perfect to us. From the welcome basket to how welcoming everything is.Eager to repeat.

A wonderful, simple place to stay on Skye. A rustic location, but that much closer to what makes Skye interesting. Comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend.

We can't rate this accommodation high enough! We had an absolutely magical time and we fell asleep watching the sun setting over the sleepy seals! Absolutely magical.The host was super friendly, we had a hard time leaving, so much we would have wanted to stay some more and just chat enjoying that gorgeous view.Bed is quite small indeed, but other than that we had everything we needed and more.Can't wait to be back.
