Thanks Jackie, excellent experience we stayed, through airbnb, in the small triple room, the room as described was quite small but had everything we needed from the hairdryer to the bathroom products to the kettle for tea with biscuits. Exceptional value for money as well as the view of the loch from both the room and the pleasant bay window and garden. Quiet but strategic location for getting around the island. The self check-in was very convenient and allowed us to arrive when it was most convenient for us. The courtesy breakfast was really appreciated as it did not include a cooked breakfast but there was everything needed for breakfast at the buffet, even though breakfast was not provided on airbnb. The kitchen was available and we were able to use it to prepare a snack in the afternoon.

I stayed at the Corran House B&B for 2 nights with 2 friends. We have a single room which was not very spacious but it was functional and clean.The Corran House is in the middle of the isle of Skye, so it's a perfect point to stay for visiting it.The B&B has a huge garden where you could stay and socialize with other guests. In the garden you can also find a beautiful golden retriever named Charlie, that will love to play with you and he will make you stay at the Corran House even nicer.

Great room, breakfast despite the absence of kitchen, is provided!The setting is magnificent, although the entrance by road is difficult to find at night (which created good laughs when turning and turning)Don't change anything!

Never met the host either on arrival or at breakfast, infact no staff at all. Greeted by a note that was not even updated, but with crossed sentences for no longer relevant instructions. The room was basic with a bathroomIt was the only place in whole trip that did not offer a cooked breakfast, which was due to "challenging times", yet everywhere else we stayed offered this.Breakfast we had to clean are own tables down and put crockery on trolley.There were tupperware on the buffet with packs of meats and cheese intheir packaging still, absolutely no effort at all.This is no 4 star hotel as is stated on Google and is infact, an overpriced bedroom (most expensive on whole trip) and got the feeling it is just a side hustle.

Corran House is for sale. The owners have given up and were not interested in their customers. The room was cold. The breakfast was cold and laid out the night before. ||The view was nice and the shower was warm. It is close to the UIG ferry.

I have waited to write this review as I wanted to compare it to all the other places I stayed in Scotland over 14 days.The host did not Introduce themselves the whole time of are stay. Are greeting to the B&B was a Piece of paper in the conservatory with instructions about your stay. The room was basic with a bathroom which had been built in one corner, the show was very small, a small sink, no shelves to put anything on when trying to shave.It was the only place in 14 days we never had a cooked breakfast, Due to Covid they said they would not doing a hot breakfast, Then so did other places but they where now cook breakfast and running a full service.Breakfast we had to clean are own tables down and puts the pots we have used in a washing blow on the floor.Not a great deal of choice for breakfast. Poor Wi-Fi.

Located near scenic area. Bathrooms were okay. WiFi not good. No door or wall hangers. Showers are not electric powered. No toast. for breakfast provided. Rooms clean.

Verry good location, not to close but not to fare from poretree. Great room with lovely view on lake. Owner put a lot of eford for ther B&B to be safe for ther guest. All risk assesment on place. Lovely breakfast as a pack lunch.

Really cosy, lovely B&B. Homely feel and great location, with a sunset view looking out onto the water and fields. The host was amazing - she went out of her way to wash my clothes and was super responsive. Would recommend to all!

Lovely B&B in a truly beautiful location with great views. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Portree, and located so that you have good access to some of the features on the northeast of isle of skye, such as The Storr and Quiraing. Jackie and Colin were very sweet hosts and provided a very nice breakfast each morning.
