I guess if you have nowhere else to go, it's better than sleeping rough. Tiny and filthy rooms with dirty bedsheets. Very loud, quite expensive. The staff was amiable though, hence the one star

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSEHad booked in at Holly House and was sent to this location down the street as an option. The rest of our family stayed at the Holly House and endured similar physical punishment. The "family room" we had was approximately 8'x16' with a bathroom that you could basically sit on the toilet, shower, and brush your teeth all at once. Very little ventilation was available in the room except a small window that opened and provided little relief from the swelter. Both my wife and I could feel the springs in the mattress and the one night was the likely the worst sleep I've had in years. Although our bed was "made" every day, pulling back the comforter revealed that the fitted sheet hadn't been touched. When we left, my wife moved a chair to see if anything had been left and only discovered food crumbs and filth behind it.A caveat as well is that you are fully charged for the nights when you check-in. So if you decide to leave (which we looked into), a refund is likely not provided,In closing, avoid this place if you can. Spend the money and stay somewhere else more comfortable. A prison might be a better option.
