First off, this is a fun, great location. If you want to be in the middle of the action and have London at your finger tips, then this is your neighborhood.We would not stay here again based on the below and we would not recommend.The Bad:1. It is very small. Not much bigger than a hotel room. The 1 bedroom with a double bed is TINY. There is basically nowhere to even open your suitcase. I saw reviews that said it was great for their family of four. I literally have no idea how this would be possible. Our family of three had suitcases in the hallway, on the kitchen table. There was hardly any where to move around.2. The double bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Not much else to say.3. The pullout sofa, as my daughter said, was the most uncomfortable pull out sofa she has ever slept on.4. The shower in the bathroom was awful. Not sure if that type of shower is normal in London, but the pressure was horrible and the stall itself was tiny. There is literally no counter space or even an electric plug in the bathroom. My wife did her makeup and hair in the kitchen.5. No A/C. Fortunately it was a cool 4 summer days in the London. Had it been hot, this would have been awful. All the windows open, but it is VERY loud at night.The Good:1. The WiFi worked well

The location is ideal. Approximately a 2 minute walk from the underground and shops, pubs and bars in every direction. The flat is small but well kept up and clean. I’d stay there again.

Its my second time in that flat. We are talking about prime location, 5 min away from everything importent, super clean, new. Right in the middle of greek st. Lots of bars under your nose. Great customer service, Simona is super nice. I came back for my second visit and will come again.

You are in the heart of SOHO... Ideally well placed... As many comments say, the noise of music and party people is very present but especially on weekends (Friday and Saturday) with a complete stop at 00 a.m. and 2 a.m.... L apartment on the second floor is quite large and well equipped. It's clean and almost new. We recommend especially for the location... magical...

Family composed of a 70-year-old mother and two 40-year-old sons. We stayed 4 nights in apartment F3. It's small but we had a good time, perhaps a fourth person would have been cramped, but as a support for sleeping it's fine. Apartment as in the photo, with new and modern furnishings and equipped with basic comforts (the wardrobe in the room is not very large, but we made do). Having read the other reviews we expected a lot of noise, until dawn.. And so it was, but the room with the door closed was quite quiet, and I slept on the sofa bed in the living room with earplugs on without problems.. Without it, I certainly would have had more difficulty. Neither the bed nor the sofa bed (a little small for two, but I slept alone, so perfect!) were as uncomfortable as previous guests said, and the stairs to reach the apartment were steep and narrow but passable without problems , perhaps not suitable for a large suitcase, but we got around very well with the small ones (it's on the second floor).Good cleaning, kitchen complete with essentials, including washing machine and dishwasher.We were very happy with everything. Excellent value for money. Yes, it has the small flaws described by other guests, but nothing unsustainable, and above all, the location makes you forget every flaw: in the heart of central London, in the evening you could walk to every theatre, pub, restaurant etc..The instructions on self check in are also clear, but check that the email has not ended up in spam! 🤣The only note is that the managers' email responses were a little late in arriving, but always kind and thorough. If there is an urgent problem, we recommend calling 😅Really a pleasant stay, I would recommend it to everyone! With the precautions thatI wrote!Thanks City Living, see you soon!

Great little Flat was on top floor, had a bedroom with double bed and little living area with sofa bed. Perfect for what we want. Make sure you can climb stairs as there is no lift access.Flat was very clean, comfy, ideal for 3 of us. Close to many pubs and restaurants. So much happening around. Highly recommend to anyone.

This flat was great. Great location. Short walk to tube stations, restaurants and night life. The British Museum, Piccadilly Circus and Leceister Square are also just short walk from the flat. It is noisy at night due to the busy location but is manageable.

We booked this apartment via Airbnb and were aware in advance of the nightly unrest. At the beginning of the week there was nothing going on in the streets, but from Thursday onwards there was even more activity.Apartment 6 was ideal for us (a couple with a 10-year-old son) and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we would have liked was a coat rack or hooks for our coats in the entrance area.The location is ideal close to the tube, pubs, shopping and attractions. We are happy to recommend them and will book them again on our next visit to London.

Very nice, modern and clean, fully equipped apartment in a lively area of Soho. Perfect for 4 people (2 adults 2 children). Very practical keyless entry code system. Comfortable beds, well heated, efficient shower. There may be a small piece of furniture missing in the bathroom to put the toiletry bag on. In total: very great and lovely place to stay. We will gladly come back!

I can’t add more than what I have read earlier in the comments. All reviews are correct.We were 3 and we enjoyed the stay very much even though it is noisy lol. Flat 2 was equipped of everything you need literally. From kitchen to restroom to bedroom and living room.You are basically staying at the top of bar. If you are looking for a quiet place, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.If you are ok with noise, and you come to London to explore nightlife, then definitely this place is for you . . .Restaurants and attractions places are just a few minutes walking because you stay in the heart of SOHO

As other reviewers have said, the location of the apartment in terms of proximity to tube stations, Soho, and Covent Garden is FANTASTIC. The rooms were just fine. The bed was comfy. Getting in is a bit of a challenge with the code - you have to act fast once you enter the code. A huge downside for me was carrying my luggage up 6 half flights to the 3rd floor. It was a struggle. And saying there might be noise due to proximity of clubs and restaurants is a HUGE understatement. Even on the 3rd floor, the walls were shaking and I could identify what song was being played. The bar beneath the apartment stays open until 3 AM and they pump the base to the very end. All in all, I would not stay there again.

7 Greek Street, Apartment No. 4 offers a really good location and a great starting point for experiences in London. The apartment was clean and tidy, and all necessary facilities were available. A simple request would be a coat rack in the hallway for outerwear.One should be aware that the area is filled with restaurants and bars, which means a lot of noise from the surroundings well into the night. Earplugs are a must if you want to sleep reasonably well. We would have gladly paid extra for new windows with sound insulation.

Exceptional position in Soho, near Metro and any kind of facilities in the surrounding area. A clean and new apartment which can be the perfect base to discover London.Everybody knows this zone is full of pubs, clubs, restaurants and mostly THU-SUN the noise coming from the streets (till late night, early morning) can be a problem for somebody. In case, earplugs are suggested.Many USB wall-plug available in the house and no adapter needed for Mobile, Tablet etc... it is a real plus in UK.
