The worst experience I've had in my life, and not even the chance to choose - Room small, dirty, moldy, and even worse, full of hair that wasn't mine already upon arrival, in the sheets in the bathroom and everywhere. It makes you want to vomit just walking in.ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Awful experience! We couldn't sleep there, and there were several adults and juvenile bed bugs in the bed! The bed is made of fabric, so the bugs have many places where to hide, and they come out when they feel people lying on the bed. We informed the hotel, and they were in denial and not sympathetic.

RUN! DO NOT BOOK HERE!From the photos on the site they make you believe that the room is in good condition, in reality it is a dilapidated and narrow room. Everything is broken, from the bathroom door that doesn't close (I got stuck inside), to the shower door, so the bathroom always floods and you don't have the space to even make the slightest movement. But the most absurd thing is the mold in the bathroom that covers the entire ceiling, the door and what should be a 'towel rest'. The space is so narrow that you can't have the bathroom door open while on the toilet. The room is not soundproof, you can hear every step and every word of the other guests, poor unfortunates who have been, like us, cheated by people who don't even answer 'good morning' when you pass through what should be the reception, even if it is closed practically all day and they don't answer the phone even for emergencies (I tried to call them while one morning the fire alarm started ringing and there was no one to ask for explanations). The room has only one small cabinet without even a problem, even though we were two adults, and it doesn't even have a chair on which to place a bag. The towels have never been changed, much less swept on the floor a bit. The room was truly unlivable and I would have run away if it weren't for the fact that I had paid almost 1000 euros for it.

There's not much service to be honest. If you have an early flight in you have to kill time until 10 am so someone can receive you and your luggage. There are stairs, so if you have heavy suitcases as myself brace yourself. That aside, I read many awful reviews about this place and I don't understand why. It's perfectly located, right next to the Soho, close to the tube, many stores and many great landmarks. The bedroom is cozy, a bit on the tiny side but it's nice and comfortable for a short stay. Bed is comfortable, shower is good. If you're looking to tourist around London for a few days this is the perfect spot. 100% recommend and would stay again.

A star for location. Rooms are small with NO AC, bathroom tiny and always smelled bad. You can hear all guests in the building making it extremely hard to get some quiet sleep. They provide you with two flat pillows and the mattress is terribly uncomfortable. Also if you’re a minute past their check out time they charge you for a whole night (no exceptions) which I find ridiculous.

What I liked was the location, 10 minutes from the center and about 7 minutes from a Lidl, which was very cheap to buy, the rest was disappointing. The room was very small, the windows didn't close properly and it got cold, the heating wasn't on, there was a chair that looked like it had just been taken from the trash because it was like leather and was all peeled off, a side table whose drawers were as if they had been worn inside. humidity, and a closet next to the bed that had one of the door hooks coming off.We continued on the bed, in our case one of the pillowcases was yellowish and had a dried blood stain on it, we asked the man to give us a clean one and he gave it to us without any problem, but you'll get over the disgust. On the other hand, you lie down on it and sink towards the middle, it is a bed for very affectionate people because it is impossible to sleep on one side. And finally the bathroom, the moldy door, the rusty faucet and the danger of cutting yourself due to the humidity...The truth is that for what it costs they could already have the facilities in good condition and repair them to provide good service to customers.I would like to know if the rooms in the photos advertised on the platform really exist because it has nothing to do with what I have experienced.

*please do not stay here* photos on website are very misleading, we were booked for 4 nights and had to leave after one due to the apartment being unliveable. There was black mould all over the bathroom door that had been painted over, mould throughout shower and ceiling. Rooms clearly had not been cleaned and were very small. Heater and tv did not work. Please do not waste your money this is a scam. Would give zero stars if I could

disastrous The worst room we have ever been in. The toilet door would neither close nor open. You had to use the toilet with the door open. You had to contort to get in and move to the shower. The dirty sheets. A stick of gum. The broken wardrobe door. The chair (there was only one) painfully stripped of leather. The window did not close properly. We don't even know the name of the person who gave us the keys. very cold A positive thing is that there was a kitchen, and the location. For the price paid it is not worth it.
