A cheap hotel by London standards. And you notice that... There is a dirty, thick carpet on the stairs leading up. The same carpet is also in the room, but it is cleaner. If you have hay fever (suffer from dust), you are guaranteed to have burning eyes.We had a view of a wall and sat above the chimney of the kitchen of a neighbor's restaurant (depends on where your room is). A sagging mattress, wobbly tile in the bathroom, shower door that doesn't close, and a few more flaws. If a fire breaks out, there are enough fire extinguishers, but if you are at the top, you will first have to go down a number of stairs to use an emergency exit. 1 flight of stairs further and you are downstairs. You don't pay relatively much for this room and there is a reason for that. Also very annoying is that they make a copy of your passport. The location of the hotel is great and the people who work there are friendly.

The rooms are small but cozy. 24hr reception is a plus. The staff is kind. The location is great. They leave clean towels, coffee and tea in the rooms everyday. The price was ok. If you're going for a few days it's mega.

The location and service were excellent, very friendly, decisive, they helped us with everything we needed and took care of our suitcases after check-out. The neighborhood is quiet, the views from the room were very pleasant and there were metro and bus stops nearby so you could get around comfortably. In addition, the British Museum and King's Cross station are nearby, within walking distance. The sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable, the shower had hot water, the wifi was fast and we had a kettle, cups and coffee/tea in the room. The reception is manned 24 hours a day.Could be improved: the cleanliness of the carpet gives a very bad impression, especially on the stairs. To note about the rooms: we could hear the guest in the next room snoring at night. The rooms are quite small, but for two people it was acceptable.

To flee! If you want to have a sleepless night, this is "the place to be!" Bedroom in the basement. The window overlooks the kitchen of a restaurant where the staff sits on the stairs to smoke, talk and turn up the music loudly!

The worst hotel I have ever seen. Just stayed 10 min, couldn't stay more. The room was smelling so bad. The room pictures are different from the reality. They are scamers in all senses. I do not recommend it for human stay.

Location is very good. However, the bed in the room is not clear and tidy. There are also many small flying insects at night…bathroom is very dry small and inconvenient. In sum, it’s not a good living experience for visitors.

The hotel is close to Kings Cross, so a fantastic location . However the front door to the hotel is very run down and not at all inviting. The interior upon entering does not delight. …
