SCAMBe very careful before booking with this agency. They do not use real images and the apartments are located in various dilapidated buildings in London we have them unsanitary accommodation I rented for 5 adults I had an apartment for 4 people. The address given for the apartment is in fact an office where you collect the keys 30 minutes from the accommodation with no one to accompany you. Our apartment was in an unsanitary state, see attached photos. I have videos and photos in my possession because I won't be able to link everything. Mold in the bathroom, couches that were literally immaculate with blood and urine. Trash cans in the entrance hall. The kitchen cabinets with dirty dishes. Bedroom cupboards with linens and children's clothes thrown into a ball and soiledA real nightmare. Dirty accommodation does not conform to the description and photos posted online.See below.· We rented for three days for five adults; we stayed in an apartment for four:The agency gave us the keys with no explanation just a paper plan and we had to fend for ourselves after 30 minutes of walking to arrive at the accommodation in the cold with the luggage we had the unpleasant surprise of finding ourselves in front of a door closed we had to ring all the doors for a kind young man to explain to us that there was an access code. After much thought we found the code which was noted on the key ring. When we discovered the apartment we experienced the horror of unsanitary accommodation:- Dirty floor- Presence of stains (urine, blood on the mattresses, sofa and sheets)- Slats of a bed taken out of their housing- Used bandages found on a sheet and a duvet- Chewing gum stuck on the living room wall- presence of hair in the bed and bath towels- Dirty toilet and shower (only one toilet in the bathroom for five, imagine the practical side..)- kitchen dirty in every way, dishes and kitchen utensils stored dirty, in cupboards which were also dirty, not enough cutlery for five people, nor chairs..... None of the 45 photos offered on the site are corresponds in no way to the apartment that we were allocated. The sofa where the fifth person was supposed to sleep was stained with urine and blood, and there was no sheet to sleep on. I tried to contact the agency so that they could come and see, repeatedly since the first day, no news from them. So I called Booking who had to resolve the problem so that we could have a pleasant stay, no news... We stayed in unsanitary accommodation, photos and videos prove it. I won't be able to post you because we can only post a photo...

Worst stay ever. We rented 3 x two bedroom apartments. Each apartment had something wrong with it.In short we had the following issues:Britton Street EC1m 5UG• 05/12/2018o The guests at this property reported that the bedrooms and bathroom were incredibly dirty.o They were short on towels and one of the beds did not have sheets or bedding on.o The guests also advised that there was no hot water running and they could not get to the boiler to reset it to get hot water running. Boiler was locked in a closet and inaccessible.o Poor water pressure in the shower.• 06/12/2018o Towels and sheets were provided.o Guests advised that there was still no hot water running. They ran the shower for 20+ minutes to try to get the water warm. After around 45 minutes of running the hot water, they were finally able to get warm water through the showerhead.o The bathroom was still unclean, guests had to remove hair from the drain in the shower.o Poor water pressure in the shower.Margery Street, WC1X 0JG• 05/12/2018o The guests at this property reported that the bedrooms and bathroom were also incredibly dirty.o The guests at this property also advised that there was no hot water running and they could not get to the boiler to reset it to get hot water running. Boiler was locked in a closet and inaccessible.• 06/12/2018o Guests advised that there was still no hot water running. They ran the shower for 30+ minutes to try to get the water warm, no success at all.Crowder Street (Where I stayed)• 05/12/2018o Water would not heat up – luckily I was able to get to the boiler easily enough and reset it.o It wasn’t until I came back later than night and got into bed that I realized there were bedbugs all over the pillow and under the mattress. I slept on the sofa (which very well could have had smaller bedbegs that were not visible.)• 06/12/2018o The boiler had to be reset several more times throughout the night.o Bedbug bites on both guests.Do yourself a favour and read the negative reviews before booking.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!! The address on the website is not the property manager's current information. I had to call the management office to get the new address after taking an Uber from the train station to the address posted on the website. What is represented on the website looks nothing like the apartment we were offered. We had to carry heavy luggage up 8 flights of stairs to a flat that was so small we (4 adults) could not all stand in the hallway at the same time. The carpets smelled of mildew and the furniture was cheap and did not even match. When I contacted the property manager regarding the accommodations I was told they had nothing else to offer us. It was not until I informed them that we would not be staying there that they offered to move us to another apartment that was reserved for another person. Needless to say my friends and I had to find other accommodations for our stay in London.

Amazing apartment in Kings Cross. The 2 bed aptm was huge! had all the things we needed, 2 bathrooms, good beds, bath and balconyThe location was amazing. The only thing I can fault it for was that we didn't have to check out until 11am, we had the cleaner knock the door at 10.45 to which I politely asked her to come back at 11am. Within five minutes another knock at the door, I was int he toilet so couldn't answer right away but a man let himself into the apartment! Again before 11am. He acted as though he didn't know we were in there yet the cleaner was stood right outside the door waiting. We didn't appreciate being hurried and intruded upon like this. That said would absolutely stay with these again!
