Rooms are very narrow and dirty, there is chewing gum in the carpet and probably vomit stains? There were also discolorations and stains in the bed linen. The shared bathroom was also very dirty.Unfortunately, the environment is similar to the accommodation, and it is also very loud here at night. Air conditioning, none.After a city tour, a fellow traveler was even missing money, which he stupidly left lying around because there is of course no safe.Stay away from the accommodation, go to a campsite because you have more luxury than here.

Excellent mini apartments if there are three of you: equipped with everything you need and well furnished, full kitchen included. Cleaning ok. Well served by public transport and a supermarket within walking distance. Unbeatable price. The only flaw is the bathrooms outside the shared rooms.

A solid accommodation for a reasonable price. The room in a 4 room apartment is clean and big enough, a bit limited storage space, but great for 1-2 days. Good value for money!

Good location & easy check-in. However quickly realised the fabric headboard was infested with bed bugs. Whilst offered an alternative room (thanks, but no thanks!) they refused to provide a refund & kindly pointed out the money I would lose. Disgrace!

If all you need is a roof over your head, a made-up bed, warmth and access to a bathroom + toilet, you will probably be satisfied. It is a fairly solid hostel for undemanding travelers, to stay for a few nights at a good price in a location well accessible by public transport (bus directly in front of the entrance, subway about 10 min. on foot), a short distance from various services (Mc Donald across the street, various shops approx. 5 min. on foot). The metro can reach the center in 1/2 hour, the Excel exhibition center is a maximum of 20 - 30 minutes. comfortable walking.We spent the night in 3-bed rooms with a shared bathroom and toilet. At first glance, the rooms are clean and tidy, but closer contact will reveal shortcomings (forgotten trash in the drawers of the bedside table, dust that has not been cleaned on the top edges of the equipment, etc.). Linens clean (there is 1 shared blanket on the double bed) and towels changed every day, luxurised and made. In addition to the bedside table and hanger behind the door, the rooms lacked any storage and storage space, as well as a chair and a table (you can only sit on the beds). There was a kettle, mugs, tea and instant coffee (replenished and washed every day), TV, internet and 1 plug adapter in the socket for appliances. Shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper available in the shared bathroom. Bathrooms and toilets are regularly cleaned, but their condition depends a lot on the neighbors who share them with you.The facility also offers apartments with accessories and a kitchen where, unlike the rooms, you can also cook for yourself).

The place looked nothing like the photos, was not stated that we had to share bathrooms. About 10 min walking distance from the tube with wasn’t too bad. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everyone from the other rooms. Not the worst but would not stay there again

Well situated apartment.Attentive staff, always clean towels, they washed the dishes and the kitchen, and always took out the trash.Great balcony.However, the water in the shower did not remain constant.The carpet urgently needs cleaning.The room didn't have any kind of separation from the kitchen, which was uncomfortable because we went to sleep smelling like food.Overall, it was a good experience.

Clean hotel, our room had a common bathroom, but they give you towels every day, it also has gel and shampoo, they change the sheets every day and make the bed, I don't give it a 5 because although we didn't have many neighbors, it is quite audible , very close to the metro and bus, it has several supermarkets nearby and a 24-hour supermarket and a McDonald's

On arrival the welcome was not very warm, upon presentation of the apartment we expected an apartment similar to the photos presented on the sites but this was not at all the case. We were given an apartment with beds that were not made and certainly used just before because we found hair and unmade beds there. The floor was incredibly dirty full of fingerprints on the walls and light switches. When we pointed this out we were simply told that it was normal because these were apartments which accommodated families (Unfortunately this is not a reason and perhaps for that reason it would have deserved a lot more cleaning. ) and that for "£1500" we should consider ourselves happy with this find like it's not expensive to pay?!!! It's true that at the start it's not expensive but for what we find it becomes deplorable....After fighting for fifteen minutes they end up changing apartments for us but with a carpet which was not yet dry. So there was no choice: either live in a very dirty apartment or take the "drinkable" one with the damp carpet. Once payment was made, there was no turning back. Next time I will ask to visit before paying for that for sure. There was one evening when the apartment next to us was rented to celebrate an event. Noise until late but it was not the most disturbing the most disturbing was that they smoked joints and others all night that they had perfumed the whole corridor I had to block it in bottom of my doors I could not ventilate despite the heat because their balcony was stuck to mine and my 3 young children suffered enormously. Despite the ban on smoking in the apartments, although we pointed it out, all we were told was we were sorry for this inconvenience, but no one went up to see the young people to ask them to stop it. In short, extremely disappointed, that said, the positive points remain the room service people who were always available to us whenever we needed them. For a 3 star it is nothing at all so move on, it's wasted money.

This apartment is very filthy , the carpets were very dirty, smelt of drugs corridors and balcony, no parking facilities, rough around the full area. Would not recommend. Pictures are not how the apartment really is.

There should be minus stars for this place. Rooms are OK but basic. Communal bathroom means other residents treat it as their home I. E leave their stuff all over and never clean up after themselves. Walls are also very thin so I could hear everything from the next room. She sounded like she was enjoying it more than I was.
