We had booked an apartment de luxe, see photo. 2A Sanderstead. We got a worn, shabby house. The entrance is creepy, no way to hang up a coat, stains on the couch, broken floor, broken chairs, broken slatted curtains, no socket in the bathroom, so no hairdryer, no electricity. Toothbrushes, no razors, no mirrors. Coffee table was delivered later. Garden furniture was bulky waste. The only good things were the beds and the connection to the train. Kitchen was okayStill waiting for a refund.

First the good: the apartment was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed.But that's where it ends.We booked for 4 adults and a child (12). The pictures suggest that the apartment has two double beds. In reality it's just a double bed, a single bed and a pull-out couch.However, the latter is in a disastrous condition. One part is completely worn out and sagging and the extendable part cannot be attached to the fixed part. So every time you turn it over, it slides over the smooth laminate so that you have a big gap. Must be pushed back often during the night.The lighting in the bathroom is so dark that you have difficulties even with daily dental care. Make-up is out of the question here.There is also not a single socket in the bathroom. However, you have to leave it quickly after showering because the lack of a vent means it resembles a Turkish steam bath. In addition, the floor is flooded because the shower enclosure doesn't do what it's supposed to. The apartment is on the main street, so it is very loud all night long.The bus is right outside the door, but despite the good connection, you should be aware that the way to the center takes about 1.5 hours.

In Spain it would be a 6, but in London I give it an 8. Clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood well connected by bus and next to a suburban station, Lea Bridge, which connects you to a stop with the metro network to the center "Victoria Lane" and in about 45 minutes you are in Picadilly. The most uncomfortable thing is that the shower head is not removable. The furniture is a bit like a student flat. Toaster and kettle but no coffee maker. It does not have carpet, which gives a feeling of cleanliness. The owner was very friendly.

The flat was clean , easy to reach the staff and get their help. small issue with wireless got resolved by restarting the access point. close to bus and train station and a lot of super markets around.
