Friendly and helpful staff....the area is not the best but it is cheap and there are many services nearby (Tesco, laundrette, etc.), the metro and buses are close....the rooms are divided into 2 separate buildings , they aren't anything to look at and they aren't even that clean, the shared bathrooms are very small and the shower doesn't work well....But for what I paid it's fine.....perfect place for guys with few demands

Incredibly dirty, no staff on sight all day, which is pretty scary, considering the flimsy doors and the outright dangerous neighbourhood and no customer service at all. …

The location on the map is strange. If you look at the road based on the map location and look to the right, there is a large white building at the white intersection. That is the Duke of Fife.

There is no reception after twelve and they left us on the street, nor was there the possibility of notifying before leaving Spain due to the delay of the plane, a disaster just like Logitravel, a total abandonment

The hotel, terrible, very poorly indicated to get to, a long time waiting on the street to be attended to, there is no receptionist, it is a man who is the only one in charge of the rooms, there is no type of registration and they ask you to pay in cash without any type of invoice or receipt of payment for the room, the bathroom is shared, very small and is not in the best conditions to shower or wash comfortably, the carpet in the room is dirty and stained, they only offer you a single duvet and it is insufficient, since the heating goes on at times.

I'm arriving at the hotel, I receive a call: "remember that you have to pay xxx cash", "yes, I know. Where can I exchange euros? Do you know?", "that's not my business!". Let's start well... …
