Comfortable capsules but noise management is catastrophic.The capsules are not soundproofed.We hear everything that happens outside.The co-working/kitchen space is on the same floor. We therefore hear people passing between the capsules and this space or towards the toilet/shower.In addition, the capsule doors slide. All it takes is one person going back and forth to hear the door close and reopen, horrible.The noise is unbearable.If you are in one capsule and hear the bottom of another, when a person arrives in the top capsule, the entire capsules move and vibrate. It looks like the top capsule is going to collapse.All it takes is for a phone to vibrate in a capsule to be heard.If you want to spend a pleasant night, you should not come to this capsule hotel. My nights were very complicated.All it takes is one person scratching to be heard! And then the beds creak!!!It’s a shame because the capsules themselves are nice and the place is very clean.On the other hand, we are here to rest and sleep. If this function is missing then it is bad.I don't recommend.

I thought the capsule was awesome, it's the best hostel I have stayed in, it's a really good price, the facilities are clean, and I loved every moment. You can change the colour of your pod and the fan with the panel and it feels super sci-fi. The door locks which is really nice and once you are inside there is a little button to press to unlock the door which is rather cool.Loved it so much I will be back and have already booked it. However I would note that if you are arriving late or first time in east London and maybe a first time solo traveller or a solo female traveller I would just exercise caution as the accomodation is down a side street and depending on who is walking by could make you feel uncomfortable. I personally did not have any issues, however, I could see a possibility. But, I would not let this put you off an amazing stay!

+ Really good location, quiet place near to crowded street with food and shops, close to Liverpool station (with trains to Stansted) and close to market+ Quick free Wi-Fi+ USB and USB-C ports in capsule+ Big lockers+ Checking in and out super easy+ Place is really clean, always full of toilet paper and paper towel+ The owner is really ok, if you want book top capsule, check in a little bit earlier - no problem.- Capsules are not super comfortable for longer stay - good for 2-3 days, not for longer period - hard beds- Only one shower in place - when Cosmos is full (12 people) lines to barthroom are long- It was really cold in building- Towels are super small so you should bring your own- Not cleare rules about cosmetics - a few bottles in the shower, but are they private or available to share - no one knew.

Needed somewhere to stay for work and thought I'd try something different, and this is very different.Thoroughly impressed overall with the stay, and there were things I hadn't considered when deciding to stay in a capsule.I don't know if I'd stay here again. Not because of Cosmos, but purely because I prefer the convenience of a hotel room rather than a capsule.The property was very clean. Bearing in mind 12 people were sharing 1 shower and 2 toilets, they were very clean. The communal area was clean and well stocked.madsage car was glorious!I think that that addition of an additional room, just for getting changed in would be a good idea.The TV inside the capsules is useless. Couldn't get anyrhing to work on it.

I stayed at Cosmos in August, and I confess that I really liked it. Comfortable bed, quiet place, great location, lots of places to eat nearby and I was surprised by the number of women staying there. I thought that because it was a hostel there would only be men, but there were more women. I highly recommend it.

Genuinely very good for a price! Pods are clean and spacious, and bathrooms/main area aren't too bad. It will suffice well for a short stay in London, as the location is perfect. The only downsize is that the pods aren't noise insulated, so they can get very noisy during the night if someone snores etc.

I loved my stay here. They sent the instructions for entry/access after booking. They included pictures and short videos to eliminate confusion. So easy. I felt safe and it was immaculately clean. It is a unique place and I loved that about it too. I would 100% book again, and recommend to all of my friends. Thank you so much!

Clean, tidy, private space, convenient transportation, and convenient to eat in the surrounding restaurants! There are also fully equipped kitchen tools so you can heat your own food! I have stayed there several times and I feel it is much better than other hotels of the same type!

In the heart of the multi-ethnic and multicultural Brick Lane neighborhood, this accommodation offers excellently equipped dormitory capsules. Inside equipped with all comforts, TV, ambient and specific lighting, ventilation and air conditioning. Outside tables, kitchen facilities, bathrooms and showers are spotless. Super recommended!

Very Unique! Really easy self-check in and self-check out, with excellent communication. Thought the pods were good; and were really quite comfortable, they exceeded my expectations actually. The shared office space looked okay, and when I arrived late at night, there were still people working on laptops, but being quiet and respectful of the no noise after 11pm rule. Price was really good. At busy times of the year, and/or at full occupancy, access to the shared bathroom (with shower) might be an issue, and that is really the only (minor) issue that I had during my say - the shower was in use when I wanted to use it, so I didn't use it... Overall I had a really positive experience with my overnight stay, and I would stay in the pods again, when in the Whitechapel / Brick Lane area.(Cheers again for the really good communication.)

Very disappointed. The photos are misleading. This is basically an empty retail space that someone has crammed a bunch of plastic pods into. I rarely leave negative reviews but this place earned one:It is not soundproofed at all- if you scratch yourself, everyone can hear. There's only two toilets, one with shower, so when someone inevitably pukes in there on a Saturday night, there's no shower!You can tell men designed this space because there's nowhere to do hair except the single shower. The provided "Towels" are actually bath mats, so don't plan on wrapping one around you! The pods open directly onto another pod, so you wake up in the morning and open the door, and suddenly you're two feet away from a stranger looking at you. The layout is very crowded and not well thought out.There's also no breakfast, not even bowls to make your own. The description promised fruit which was not provided throughout my stay.It could be vastly improved with music or white noise in communal areas, lockers that are actually big enough for a suitcase (we had to sleep with ours in our pod), and actually delivering what was advertised. I'm annoyed that we didn't recieve what was promised, which is pretty much all I ask.On the plus side: excellent location near Spitalfields market, in a lovely safe and diverse area.

The location is sketchy, getting the information on how to enter was ridiculous, the amount of noise coming from other guests during all ours was absurd, felt entirely unsafe for females when there are males just hanging out with their doors wide open in the middle of the day. I would have felt more comfortable in a camping situation. There is no sign up sheet for bathing, so you just have to hope it's available when you need it, no changing room other than the shower stall, which of course is wet. I stayed for one night of a three night booking, and received no refund. Definitely not worth the "unique" experience.

Good option if you want to stay for couple of nights. The only downside is that the bathroom is shared with 10 people so might get a bit crowded in mornings.

Had a really excellent stay in «Cosmos Premium Co-working Hub and Pods» (Private) room was comfy and clean and quiet. Everyone (staff and guests) was super friendly and helpful. Location is good as a base to explore as well.I definitely recommend this motel if you are looking for an affordable place to stay

I stayed at the Cosmos for two days and highly recommend it to anyone. This is a coworking space with sleep pods, self-check-in and contactless access. Since I had a late check-in, I was given detailed check-in instructions and an access code to the room in advance. The Cosmos has 2 immaculate bathrooms, a clean kitchen with all utensils and free tea, coffee and bottled water. The sleeping pods were lovely, warm and cozy, perfect for stepping into and relaxing after a busy day. Equipped with all the new technology, mood lighting and a super comfortable bed, I would definitely stay again.
