The room didn't have air conditioning and had a strong smell of mold that made my eyes itchy and my friend had nosebleeds. The beds were uncomfortable and matterses had stains. Overall the room was dirty and dusty. Also the breakfest was poor and not like in the pictures. We had booked a room there for four nights but left the hotel after the first night. We got refunds which was the only good thing about the hotel. Try to stay away for this place.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. We stayed here with our 9 week old son and my parents and they could not have done more for us. They offered to heat up bottles and store our luggage. Some of our party also ran the Big Half marathon and they let us use the showers past check-out. The room was spotless and the bathrooms were very modern. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. We would 100% stay here again as the price is fantastic.

Rooms dirty with mold on the walls, cleaning every day is not the case, they put it for standard reasons, shower in the salt and rust, as well as the chair, wardrobe, half broken, leans dangerously towards the bed!! If you only want it for sleeping I recommend it but for 4+ days go for something better!! The only positive metro bus all 4 minutes away and supermarket and shops near the accommodation!!

Considering the reviews I came across here, I think people are overreacting or expecting the world. The man on reception I spoke to was friendly and accommodating, letting us leave our bags behind the reception multiple times. Our room was at the top of the building on a very hot day, but a fan was running and windows open. Yes it was pretty shabby, not the best presented but was within the price range we were paying for.We faced away from the already quiet main road so it was a very calm quiet night outside which helped a lot. Nice big mirrors, though the shower wasn't the strongest, it was clean. We didn't try the breakfast as a vegan but the tea and coffee provided were ample for getting us out and on our way. Again bags were left for eight hours during our day out before coming to collect to head to the train station, and the main guy was lovely.Tl;Dr you get what you pay for, have a realistic but positive attitude 🙌🏾.

I booked the hotel for five days. The only really positive thing was that it was well connected and relatively quick to get to the center of London. The breakfast was mediocre and not as shown in the pictures. The room was full of mold and the window could not be closed. When I went to the reception to solve the problem with the window, the employee was very unfriendly and told me not to make such a fuss. After a long discussion, the window was changed the next day so that it could now be closed but not locked. I felt the hole time really unsafe because our room faced the street and everybody could have gotten into our room. Apart from the one employee, the rest of the staff were very friendly.
